Apart from product the best thing any company can offer is excellent customer service and William George have this in abundance. Those at front of house respond to any queries I may have almost immediately with polite professional responses with a bit of humanity thrown in. A lot of smaller companies and larger ones for that matter could learn a lot just by taking a leaf out of the William George book. Faultless. Brilliant auction house
