in my local shop,mill hill blackburn..3/4 yrs ago..some guy was on a roll..he won 5k or so on a horse bet..did 2 2.5k canadians..won 19k..the manageress said if he carries on we will have to bar him..the toilets are an absolute disgrace..and to cap this off..they are allowing a guy arrested for nonciness in.

So far my experience with WilliamHill is terrible.. i never see any other betting sites this dogy. I borrow money from a friend to play so i win good amount of money. Then they ask me to verify my acc after more than a 1 month 20 different pictures of me with my passport, over 8 bank statements , bank statement from my friend the one i borrowed the money. I keep receiving exact same email saying to send them the documents for verification. I submitted those documents already 15 times i have proof of it! I finally received email saying that they NOT gonna pay me the money i win because i borrowed the money im playing with. And if this is not robbery i don’t know what else could be. Please try to avoid at any cost

can anyone tell me if i oen an account with cashdrect do i have to send id before i can withdraw evenif ive been veified

I'm getting more and more fed up of gambling companies and william hill seem to be one of the major doing this, what seems very much suspect. They just let you plough money into the online slots without actually giving any real bonus features or chances of them.. You. Can win tiny amounts just to keep u on the game but they never put you thru to any bonus features. So ur left wondering. Shud I just go or will my luck come good but it never does. I know this makes me sound abit idiotic. But we trust that at some point. Our commitment to the game pays fairly for us. I think, unless maybe u put hundreds of pounds in, you might stand a chance but if not, then nothing, which then blows their gambling concern tools out of the water. They don't give a shit.

Like everybody else have said they close my account never refunded my money.It was only a small amount 15 euro but they do it with big money accounts as well.As soon as they identify you as a sharp better they close your account and steal your funds .Keep complaining guys hopefully the betting regulators read this.

A warning to all punters who places a bet builder on football.
Please be aware that William hill have two sets of rules regarding these type of bets. When placing a bet builder on one of their shops Terminals be careful what players you use in your bet builder.If you choose a player for instance,and this player takes no part in the game the whole of the bet becomes void,money back.
If you place the bet builder online and one of your players takes no part your bet is then settle on the existing selections.Please read both sets of rules before placing one of these bets.

I think its true run a hundred quid in pound spins. No bonus, poor win lines. Normally stake 20 to 30 but not hit a good bonus in a while so gave it a good go.
