William knows what he's talking about because he actually buys houses and invests. We are very blessed to be able to have him teach us since he does not need to. William is fantastic, kind, knowledgeable, and is willing to share his knowledge with new aspiring investors. He tells the truth that it will require work to be successful, but he is always in your corner. Even on vacation and managing his own successful real estate business he finds time to answer questions and help his students. I'm grateful to be in his group! Real, actionable, correct information at an affordable price!

William Tingle is extremely generous with his knowledge and over 20 years of experience in creative real estate investing. I originally left a review after completing the 12 House training, but after finishing the Contracts training, I had to come back and say more. I now feel fully confident walking into any Sub2 conversation and guiding it toward a strong, successful deal.

William is the real deal. I've been a full-time investor for over 20 years and can tell when they are full of hot air. William breaks the info down so you can act on it. The best thing is he's still active today, not just teaching things he's heard of. If you need training, I heartily recommend William & Jodi! Many "Gurus" are fake. William makes money in real estate as a business first, then shares info.

I have followed William for several years now and have learned more about Subject 2 financing than any other person alive. His foremost concern is solving the Seller’s problem with win-win results for all parties. I bought my first real estate investment property just 6 months after purchasing his sub2deals course. I just closed on my 5th investment property last month! Just one of my deals, last year, made a net profit of over $100,000! I would say William's courses are worth every penny and so much more! You can't find better real estate investor education at a better price anywhere! If I can do it, anyone can!

I've known William for almost 20 years. He has taught the same thing for as long as I've known him. Buying several (not hundreds) of houses and making them cash flow for a steady income. He doesn't chase every shiny object. He doesn't preach that everyone needs to build an 8 figure empire. He teaches simple concepts to acquire real estate and not complicate your life. It's not about your net worth statement, it's about your quality of life. He is the most laid back "guru" i know. He doesn't just sell courses or bootcamps. He leads by example. He is out there grabbing deeds every day, and teaching his students what he does. He keeps it very simple. Real Estate doesn't have to be stressful. Owning a Learjet, driving a Lamborghini, and living in a big mansion on the beach are certainly attainable, but the stress that requires isn't worth it. He’s doing what he says, practicing what he preaches, and at the end of each podcast reminds you to get out there and talk to some sellers and you’ll buy some real estate. It’s true, and he’ll walk you through the process if you have questions! Can’t say enough good things about him!
