Loved the quality of this product. The bags stay secure inside thanks to the magnetic closure. Matches the leash beautifully. The only issue is that the hardware tarnishes a little over time.

Made a 169 order from them, that I had to send back (my expenses!) They received the package (it was tracked and delivered) but they just claimed they never got it !! I lost ALL my money ! Total scam, never buy from them

Update 16.10. - after various emails and enquiries on all possible channels, I finally received feedback. A second shipment was sent, which arrived within a few days, and I also received a credit note. The products are of very high quality and beautiful, but I must have been very unlucky with the customer service.

The worst company I have ever dealt with.

Seriously, William Walker is terrible. I ordered a leash from them and it arrived defective. I asked to be refunded and told them that if they wanted the defective product back, they would pay for shipping. I have tried to dispute the purchase with my credit card company to no success, since William Walker keeps submitting their return policy. So even though I received a defective product from them, I am expected to pay the return shipping? What kind of BS is that. Customer service was rude and impossible to deal with. I tried to reach resolution, and then they stopped responding. Good for nothing company, quality of the products is absolutely terrible. Order from literally ANYONE ELSE! Save your self the time and money!

I bought for 163€ they took the money from my bank account but they haven’t even send my packet yet…

Often my dog gets attentive looks from passing dog owners and often I am asked about the collar and leash. And rightly so. The extraordinary great colours, the design gives every dog that certain extra. I gladly recommend William Walker because everything is right here. The quality, the price and above all the customer service. Very affectionate. I am already looking forward to further collections!

Honestly one of the best leashes I’ve ever gotten. Durable, really durable stuff. And pretty as well. I feel like I will earn that forever.
