Very poor experience with Willmotts Managing Company in relation to Latymer Court, W6. Communication is extremely poor, with emails and letters frequently going unanswered, leaving residents with little confidence that concerns are being addressed.
The standard of maintenance is unacceptable. The flooring in the reception area is held down with tape rather than being properly repaired, the exterior decoration appears patchy and inconsistent with three different paint colours visible, and leaks can take over a year to be resolved.
Service charge transparency is also a major concern. Charges are added to the service charge accounts with little or no explanation of what they relate to, making it difficult for leaseholders to understand what they are paying for and whether the costs are justified.
Overall, the management service at Latymer Court, W6 falls well below expectations. Significant improvements are needed in communication, maintenance standards, response times, and financial transparency

Stuart Urwin was extremely informative and helpful when it came to answering my many questions. He also went above an beyond to sort out additional requests such as removal of furniture and replacement of old and damaged furniture

Absolutely terrible. It is impossible to speak to anyone. Emails go unanswered. Random unexplained invoices are sent out. The lights are on but no one is at home.
