Awful online shopping experience.

Awful online shopping experience.

Placed an order on an item which stated that the shipping cost was 0€. Order payment is done separately from the website, so waited until next day for any information. Next day I received 3 calls.

First call stating that the phone number was not receiving the SMS with the payment link (same number receiving that call). They said they would send a bank transfer link instead. I asked about the stock which they confirmed during this call.

A few moment later I received a second call stating that the order actually had an additional shipping cost of 75€ (!!). I said that it doesn't sounded right and that the website stated that the shipping was free. They stated they would refer to the "manager" in regards to this.

Got a third call a few minutes later saying that the item was actually not in stock and that the only item available was "on hold for a different customer". The aggressive tone on the conversation also sounded like they did not appreciate the challenge of the shipping cost not being included. The timing of the stock realisation added to this.

I then checked the website to confirm that the shipping should have been free and took the screenshot attached. Called them back and they told me to look up the T&C and that the website *incorrect* information was just a wordplay because the Shipping METHOD stated "ARRANGE WHEN ORDER IS CONFIRMED".

Horrible experience and will not shop here.
