Great customer service
Although what I bought didn't work out (kids poncho). Head hole to small and the design was nothing like the advertisement aside from color.
They have amazing customer service. I got a refund and they touched base with me to let me know it had been issued upon return of item. I would consider trying again since the ponchos are so cute and I assume the one I received was a bad batch.

I actually love the products…
I actually love the products completely! They are durable and I’m so please with how environmental conscious the company is. The only issue I had was I did not receive the complete set. I contacted the company and they were very helpful and provided a discount. Overall very pleased
