I have fallen into the trap

I have fallen into the trap. Was so excited to see the Hogwarts Lego so cheap. Wish I’d read the reviews first. Spoke to bank and I have to wait for purge date? Which is 23/12/20. And then the bank will dispute it. So cross with myself

FRAUDULENT SITE _ DO NOT BUY

FRAUDULENT SITE _ DO NOT BUY
As others have said this site is fraudulent. You will not receive the goods. Email confirmation is from a bogus email address and shipment confirmation tracking link (that says its delivered) is to a fictional address in the US. Have reported to my bank.

This is a SCAM!!!

This is a SCAM!!!
They disappear when you want to cancel your order and the customer info e-mail address is fake.
If you buy they will probably send an empty envelope to an American address.

Hope they will spend their scammed money on their mothers' funeral.

They are using the same customer service email globalclienthelp
They have stolen and are using their victims contact details on the websites too. UK Victims are receiving tracking info from the USA. Report them to action fraud police, trading standards, google, gov.uk citizens advice and your bank. There is a post on hotukdeals listing lots more of these fraudulent websites.

Scam!!

Utter scam! I did receive emails showing my item had been dispatched but when I checked the tracking it was for an item that had been delivered to an address in America! Please do not buy from this site as they are just scamming people with what looks like legit emails of confirmation but sadly, you will be scammed as I have.

Thank you to everyone for posting here

Thank you to everyone for posting here! I was suspicious of the prices being so low for the Harry Potter Lego sets and decided to Google the website to see if I could find out any more about them before placing an order. So glad I did now after reading everyones reviews!

99.99% sure this is fraud.

Stupidly just bought Lego from them thinking it was a good Black Friday deal. All the signs point to it being fraud. Confirmation email was effectively from “bob at outlook” rather than an actual company address. Payment via Apple Pay went through but was linked to a personal mobile number. Technically they could still send the goods as advertised and promised and I will retract this review and replace with a rare positive review for them.

As soon as I completed the transaction, I felt suspicious, googled “willow books fraud”, saw these reviews and cancelled my card.

Very sophisticated fraud I’d say but the processing of my transaction looks nothing even close to a legitimate company.

Definitely a scam

Definitely a scam, received a confirmation email from a random email address which does not match the contact email address on the website. The email contained the same confirmation number i was given when I made payment. Cancel the card you paid with if you've paid for anything from this site!

This is a sophisticated cyber web scam

This is a sophisticated cyber web scam. Everyone should report to ACTION FRAUD UK otherwise the website won't be taken down and there will be more victims. If you have put in your card details cancel the card and request a new one as these scammers sell your card data and address details online. Golden scam rule, if it looks to good to be true, it probably is.
