Well what can I say, if you’re the slightest bit peckish don’t go here for breakfast. Went here today and it took 45mins for a breakfast to be served. We were told several times our breakfast was nearly ready, we would be next. Only to watch even more people receiving theirs who’d likely also been told the same.

Overpriced.
2 stale scones with cream and jam.
I of the smallest pots of tea over 14 pounds.

Well firstly I'd like to thank Paul Bond who helped me pick out my recliner chair & sofa and he was amazing and nothing was too much trouble and I love my new chair. so thank you so much for all your help and for going out of your way to help me. Visitors who have come to the bungalow have said how comfy the chair is and of course I love looking at the pretty flowers across the way.
Andy and Mike were also amazing and they rang me to say when they would be coming and they were spot on time. They showed me how to use the recliner chair. So thank you boys. I'll definitely be getting a bed at some point so I'll be in touch with Paul when I've saved up enough money. I'm very impressed with willowbrock to be honest.

I had a recliner chair delivered expertly by Mike and Andy. Who went through all the workings with me. I felt really sorry for them as I live on the 2nd floor 28 stairs and it was a very hot day. They also removed my old one. Penelope.

On time, polite and respectful.
Both Simon L and Lawrence were quick, efficient and very helpful.
Would recommend this company and their products to anyone.
I have both an adjustable chair and bed and have a 3 seater settee on order.

I visited the restaurant at Willowbrook Bromsgrove on 14 Jan, at 3:30, (restaurant closes at 4pm) and ordered tea and latte, £6.98
The tea and coffee were both served in cardboard cups even though it’s an indoor restaurant, the cardboard cup for the tea was possibly the smallest cup I have ever seen, I’m guessing real cups were not used to save on washing up, I’m also disappointed that with the cost of drinks there is no heating in the glass conservatory which was very cold with every customer wearing a coat and shivering

We visited willowbrook garden centre cafe in Bromsgrove today. We had two haddock goujon sandwiches and two coffees. The bill came to £30. The food was excellent, freshly cooked and good value. The restaurant area had been increased with more tables outside, table numbering was in use. BUT --- the wonderful food was served on wooden boards which were cracked and totally flat.
Why is this a bad idea?
1. Wooden boards with cracks are not able to be cleaned properly and could harbour bacteria.
2. A flat board means sauces and food can slip off onto the table leaving a real mess for the serving staff to clean up. This wastes time and money for the business.
3. The flat boards cannot be cleared in one go as the trays cannot hold two boards at once. More time wasted by staff.
4. If we had been given a choice of china or wooden plates while placing the order, all the above would have been avoided.
Do not let this put you off visiting the restaurant but look out for or specify no wooden plates!
