WillReady helps expats in the UAE prepare and register their will with the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD), fully online. You answer simple questions in about 20 minutes and receive your will on the official ADJD form in English and Arabic. You see the complete document before you pay. After payment, every will is reviewed by our reviewing lawyer, an experienced lawyer with UAE experience, before you submit it to the court. Any change before submission is free. Registration is done through the ADJD portal with your UAE Pass, followed by a short video call with the court's notary. We guide you personally on WhatsApp through every screen, from the upload to the video call, and we send you a step-by-step guide prepared from real registrations. The ADJD civil will is open to non-UAE citizens regardless of religion and covers UAE assets across all seven emirates, including Dubai: property, bank accounts, vehicles, company shares and personal belongings. Couples register two matching wills, known as mirror wills, and the second will is prepared automatically from the first. A single will is AED 1,299 and a couple's mirror wills are AED 2,199. The court fee of AED 950 per will is paid directly to ADJD. Non-residents with UAE assets are welcome; we handle the filing through a representative.
