The team at Wilson360 is the best in the business. We use many of their services: training, peer group, and fractional CFO services. Steve Steele is one of the best financial minds in the business. Shelia Matthews has provided insights on the people side of the business that have proven to be invaluable. The peer group format is fantastic and allows for focus and growth. Finally, Thought Leaders Retreat is the single best event in the industry for owners and executive leaders.

I am a big fan of the team at Wilson 360. I have been involved with the group for many years, going back to the first peer group with Bruce Wilson. I have engaged with many of the services they offer, and every single one has helped my company improve. This is a tough business. We all need to lean on professionals like the Wilson 360 team to help us build the best company we can as quickly as possible. This is the best way to achieve that goal!

I had the opportunity to meet Bruce Wilson in 2021, when he introduced our company to what would soon become Wilson 360.

We started by attending their Thought Leaders Retreat, and I knew almost immediately this was a group that could genuinely impact our business. Shortly after, we joined a peer group and have now been in the same group for four years, growing, learning, and being challenged alongside other driven operators.

Since getting involved with Wilson 360, our business has grown more than 270%, and our margins are stronger than they’ve ever been. That kind of performance doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from better thinking, better accountability, and being surrounded by the right people.

In my experience, everyone on their team operates with honesty and high integrity. Just spend a few minutes talking with them and you’ll see what I mean. There are no oversized egos and no pushy sales tactics, just people who care deeply about this industry and the people in it.

Wilson 360 has come alongside our team, particularly our newer managers, and provided them with a number of tools that will help them be more successful. The coaching meets them where they are and aims to get their buy-in to new ways of approaching their jobs.
