Excellent management company with professional communication, strong organisation and fast response times. The building is well maintained, issues are handled efficiently, and there is a clear focus on transparency and residents’ satisfaction. Very pleased with the overall service.

Since satisfactorily concluding a tenancy in July, Wilson Hawkins continue to withhold over four thousand pounds owing to me including a deposit supposedly held under a secure scheme. No explanation has been offered and they do not respond to email.
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

This company has been engaged to manage the communal grounds where my property is located in Uxbridge, London. It has been more than a year and the 4 issues I raised, one of them being the most basic request to attend to the communal lights that are broken in front of my property ( a health and safety issue) with a second issue being replace/fix mail boxes that have been tampered with so that sensitive and confidential mail is being stolen, have been dealt with utter lack of any meaningful response or action to attend to the issues in a timely and professional manner. It has been very frustrating and time consuming dealing with all of the staff I have emailed or contacted over the phone for several months. My advice is better spend your money engaging an alternative property/ grounds management company if you expect basic services delivered.
