Amazing experience from start to finish Leyla was kind courteous and knowledgeable but most of all she listened to our requirements something that's unique in my experience of buying previous cars.

Very poor experience, supplied a brand new car with only one key, a month later and still no second key, emails ignored. Left feeling like my custom is worthless.

UPDATED 6/12/25. Absolutely diabolical company, no communication between them. We rang up asked to speak to the manager, they said they would pass the message on, over a week later still no phonecall.
I want to start by saying Stacey in sales is lovely but the experience I had in general with Wilson & Co Grimsby not so brilliant. Travelled over 40 miles to purchase this car. Around a week later after collecting the car, we noticed power loss when hitting a certain amount of revs, exhaust excessively smoky, window wiper blade cracked, tyre which had a slow puncture & washer bottle pipe not connected back properly (leaking washer bottle fluid everywhere). Tyre pressure light was on when we collected the car, Stacey had the pressures checked, a few days later, the light is back on, took the car to our local tyre place and they found a slow puncture, so I rang Wilson & Co up, it was a straight away, no to reinbursing me, as they said I could have got the puncture anywhere, the tyre place even said there was clearly an issue with the tyre when we collected the car. Now a month later and the lights are still coming on. Spoke to Ben who then agreed with us and said he would reinburse me, but still now weeks later waiting after I sent my bank details over. Regarding loss of power, yes Wilson & Co took the car back and investigated, found nothing apparently. But still now loss of power and so much smoke out of the exhaust. Cracked window wiper replaced while the car was in. A lady in service was rather rude at one point when I rang up, very abrupt. It's just been a constant battle. A car which we purchased outright with cash and so many things that wrong. Now lost confidence in the car and selling it after a month of buying it.
WILL NEVER DEAL OR BUY A CAR FROM THESE EVER AGAIN!!!
