Great emails from this company in response to a query, very friendly and informative. Love the fabric softener with no 'nasties' in it.

Wilton has been our laundry product of choice now for several years. We often buy locally and are always disappointed when products are not available on the shelf so have recently been buying direct from the website.
We have experienced minor issues with delivery, NEVER the product but the team @ Wilton always respond with EXCELLENT service and are great to deal with. We thoroughly recommend their proucts, WE LOVE THEM.

I was impressed with Wilton’s products when I first purchased from Sainsbury’s and continued to buy the fabric conditioner and washing liquid. I was most disappointed to find out that Sainsbury’s no longer stock the item. I contacted Wilton and put in an order for some replacement items, but was dismayed to find they only use Evri as their courier. I wrote, explaining that had I known this, I wouldn't have gone ahead and made the purchase. Wilton emailed me to say they don’t use anyone else currently, in spite of all the bad press, etc that Evri has been connected with. I didn’t receive my package, nor has Evri been either contactable or available. My package, as predicted and as with every other thing I’ve ever had via this courier, has ‘gone missing in transit’. How can companies ignore this dreadfully shoddy delivery service? How can they afford to lose stuff like this? Why are they still using Evri who are notorious for their lack of care and delivery?

I shall not be using Wilton again. So far I’ve not had a response to my emails… and still no package, as promised.

They proudest are the best they smell amazing i love my clothes, bedding and towels smell beautiful. They are very helpful service.

I ordered from this company on the 15th December 25. I have received no despatch email. I have contacted them twice on their website and emailed them once. I have not heard anything back from them not even an acknowledgement that they have received my queries. I even commented on their Facebook post in the hope of them noticing my complaint.According to my shop pay app the order hasn't been despatched. Today is the 12th January 26. I am extremely unhappy

We love this product
leaves clothes and bedding feel soft and silky and smelling luxurious .
the whole house smells gorgeous when clothes are drying indoors .
My daughter has dermatitis and this product does not annoy her sensitive skin whatso ever which is very important

Be warned, Wilton uses Evri who smashed the bottles, dumped them in a stair and ran away. A quality producer shouldn’t use the worst delivery agent in the country.

I’d also suggest they have a ‘contact us’ button on their website. Might help when things go wrong.

impressive delivery time. placed my order on a monday evening (9pm!) and arrived wednesday afternoon. so so good. i bought the jasmine detergent and softener from sainsbury's a while ago - ended up trying some other brands after this but recently realised sainsbury's don't seem to stock wilton anymore. a delight to see there were refills available on the wilton website instead of needing to get more bottles. ordered the 4L refills of each, and threw in a bottle of the patchouli ones to try something new after doing the scent matching quiz and they were on offer. an absolute delight - patchouli smells amazing and perfect to rotate with jasmine.

i've tried so many 'eco-friendly' versions incl. method, miniml, wilton, and waitrose in the search to find a good quality plant-based and cruelty-free option (i was a loyal lenor gold orchid girly before) and it's taken long over a year to settle on the right one. wilton defo top my list and with a subscription for refills, i'm locked in. the scents are amazing and i'm excited to run my next load of laundry for once! love the new bottle caps too. thank you so much, i'm honestly thrilled.

From the start of using Wilton washing products quite some time ago I was converted and addicted. Scents that stay and always catch you when you wonder "Mm mm, what's that nice smell"
So luxurious and cuddly I love the fragrance of Patchouli and Cedarwood, just pure gorgeous. I would definitely recommend these products, oh and Santal is also quite charming.

My favourite laundry liquid. It washes well, it smells lovely and long lasting on your clothes and bedding. People comment on the wonderful smell. It's not cheap but lasts for ages. My favourite is Lavender. Great company. Cardboard packaging, quick delivery, easy pour from the large containers. Highly recommended

I love the scent of the cedar wood, but noticed the scent doesn't survive the drying process. Especially the tumble dryer. I emailed them and asked them about it and got told there was no problem with the product. But when I did some more research they suggest you don't use a dryer as the oils evaporate. Why not just say that to me rather than make out there isn't an issue. The stuff is expensive and while I love the smell I can't see the point if it fades after drying. Surly the whole point of an expensive great smelling fabric conditioner is your laundry smell nice.

I’ve been using Wilton’s laundry products for about 2 years. They are good cleaners providing clean fresh laundry. The choice of scents is great too.

I'm a scent person too, Sam. Scent triggers something in the brain and I cannot get enough when walking around a garden. So Wilton is a very big hit for me and my senses!!

Ordered the trial selection pack but by the time I had tried them all and decided which one I liked the redemption period for the money back offer had expired so I had to pay full price for the full sized washing liquid and fabric conditioner I eventually ordered. That is why I knocked off a star. Quick delivery, decent sized bottles and leaves my clothes smelling nice but not overly scented like some of the big brands.

I’ve been using Wilton conditioner for some years and have now started using the washing liquid. It’s does as good a job as my usual Persil or Ariel but with out the nasties.
My favourite is santal as I wear the perfume and love the smell of it on my washing.

I love Wilton London laundry products - I use both the Cedarwood and the Santal - the fragrance is beautiful and it really lasts.
I also find their customer service to be excellent. I recently had an issue with the Cedarwood laundry being out of stock (which I get on subscription), I managed to wrongly order the fabric softener which I didn't need. I emailed, they replied really quickly, cancelled the softener and told me the laundry liquid was expected in later in the week, so organised one to come to me then.
Polite, friendly, efficient and make great laundry products that I can refill, and so buy less plastic. Fabulous!

Fast delivery great products. Wilton is the best I’ve tried, it’s as good as the leading biological brand on the market, I especially love the Jasmin it smells divine.
