Ordered 10 vials of lemon bottle online for next day delivery £200.
Had a call to say was out of stock but a refund would take upto 5 days! They had not updated their website which I pointed out.
I asked for the refund to be made via bacs as I needed the refund asap to order with another company. The operations manager said he would call me back. Which he didn’t. I then called again and they was not really bothered and said have to wait for refund.
Customer service very poor would not recommend as can not trust they can provide what you have paid for.

Website showed enough stock for my order, when come to sending it out, I got an email saying only had 6, not 25 that I ordered, good job I saw email quick and rang them to cancel it, as I needed them all by that same weekend. When rang, they refused to send payment back immediately, so I coukd order from elsewhere, just said can take 3 to 5 days. Website shoukd be kept up to date and when they take payment for something they can't provide, they should refund it immediately.
