I have no idea who this company is and use no online gambling sites anywhere but they continually harass me with txts about bonuses and offers. I have blocked the number and report as spam numerous times but they keep coming. Looking at other people’s reviews the majority seem to say this site are scammers after your money or keeping it. well you won’t be getting a penny from me and you can put your messages where the sun doesn’t shine.

They state that you can self-exclude by contacting support via email, but when you do, they redirect you to a “VIP manager” who supposedly has control over your account. In my case, this manager (“Ivy”) never responded at all. I also requested account closure through live chat with agents named Leonardo and Harper, and they refused to close the account. It feels intentionally difficult—if not impossible—to have your account closed.
From my experience, they show no genuine interest in responsible gambling and seem more focused on keeping users active for profit.
I also had a major issue with withdrawals. I purchased 10 free spins using in-game cash coins, completed all wagering requirements, and won £1,000. My account clearly showed that wagering was complete and the funds were available to withdraw. However, the withdrawal was rejected, and the winnings were removed from my account. I was then told there was a £100 cap on free spin winnings—despite having already met all wagering conditions. This feels like they are making up rules after the fact.
I understand that gambling involves risk, and I accept losses when they happen. That’s not the issue here. The problem is the lack of transparency, inconsistent rules, and refusal to honour legitimate winnings.
