Great they are the best and have the best store offers and bonuses

I just want to let y'all know how awesome everyone is at WBM. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. They have the best Store around and you never have to wait very long when adding a free credit or when i only add a dollar over and over again. I will be adding all of this to my review on Trust piolet here shortly. But anyhow you are appreciated and i hope you at WBM keep WINNING and beat the competition! 5 star everything at WBM. Thanks for all you do! 😉

Longest wait ever for a redemption.

I've been waiting almost a week on a redemption. They said they were only doing direct deposit at this time and I would have my winnings in 3 to 5 days. They have already redeemed from my game but I'm still waiting on my winnings.

Everything was great with these people until talking with Tanya. I sent $15 to OS but it was down atm, and she wouldn't add my money to any other platform. I've been in this situation before and the other staff members gladly put my money to any other platform I requested. I was just fine with these people until I realized the customer service needs an upgrade.
