Purchased Windows 11 pro key but apparently already used

bought a win11 pro key, when i had some problem with the first key, i wrote to them and got answer almost immediately with a new key which worked. trustworthy 10/10

It worked and was fast. No complaints. It did everything I needed.

I've had a terrible experience from start to, well, I didn't even finish. Bought a key for Office 2024. Tried to use it and Office wouldn't have it, and kept giving me an error, telling me it was for a "volume-based" version of Office and not for home use.

Got to talking with Microsoft Support (who were super helpful), and told me that this was what they call an "enterprise" key for schools, businesses, and the like. Home users won't be able to activate them, and I should get in contact with WinCDKey to get a replacement or refund.

Emailed WinCDKey support, who did provide me with a replacement key, but unfortunately, it was an enterprise key again, despite me telling them the error.

They then took me on a journey in circles, uninstalling and reinstalling Office, re-entering the key, and getting the same error each time. They then provided me with a third replacement key. (Three guesses what version of Office the key was for? Hint: it wasn't for home use!)

At this point, I was fed up and told them to just give me a refund so I could buy a key elsewhere. They took a while, but they did eventually refund me. In Euros (not the British Pounds I had used to pay) and a WinCDKey wallet top-up (rather than back to my method of payment).

So now I've got 9 Euros in a wallet for an account and vendor I'll never be using again. Good job it wasn't expensive. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Bought a windows 11 pro key for 80p and it worked a treat

Bought a Windows 11 Pro Key. The first key provided didn't work, so I sent them an email because rhe ticket system was not working, they got back to me with another key which ended up working.

Bought Microsoft office product. I had to replace my product key twice to activate the product. Customer service were very responsive.
