Good Concept, Very poor Execution.
The app had promise, but its execution left much to be desired. Signing up required weeks of onboarding during which I provided all requested documentation. Despite my initial skepticism, I eventually started using the account for my business and added it to my invoices as a payment method.
However, the first payment made by my client through Wind was rejected. Although it was stated that the payment had been refunded, my client did not receive these funds for weeks. By the time the refund was processed, my client had decided not to continue working with us.
