Poor quality and poor service

I am very disappointed by this company. They installed windows but within a year, water was coming in the upstairs windows when it rained and then pouring down inside the wall cavity and coming out like a waterfall down the inside of my front door. Despite numerous attempts to get them to come back to fix the problem, they don't answer calls or e mails.

Stay well clear

We have been waiting 7 months. No sign of our conservatory roof. Of late their website has been taken down and no reviews on checkatrade anymore. It looks like a company that either has or is about to crash. I fear no deposits are going to be easily recovered. Stay well clear.

Not answering calls or emails

Paid deposit, man came to measure up. Month later got a form to sign to confirm the windows I was getting, on which there were a couple of mistakes, mentioned it to them and got an immediate response saying they'd speak to the installer and get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago. Have sent multiple emails all of which go unanswered, not picking up calls, feeling now this may be a scam.
