Window Nation - Austin Reviews 

My windows are absolutely amazing. Window Nation Austin did a phenomenal job. However, I do not like the fact that for the amount of money I paid to have my windows done I have to paint the frames myself and rehang my window shades myself. My windows are extremely high so I have to hire someone to come and paint the frames and put my window shades back up. I would highly recommend they have a team that would come back and take care of this for the customers; that would be excellent customer service.

Relatively close appointments for estimate, measurements and installation.
Professional and friendly attitude, especially, by the installers, who paid close attentions to our questions and provided sufficient information.
We ended up with beautiful, cleanly trimmed, elegant and durable windows that are better, acoustically and thermally, insulated.

The experience was great from start to finish! The salesman, Rob, was super down to earth, he could answer every question I had, and he did not try to pressure me in any way. It was like visiting with a friend! The measurer, Andrew, and Kyle and his team ( the installers) showed up on time and were very friendly and respectful of my property. Overall it was the best experience I have EVER had with a remodeling project and I HIGHLY recommend them! Thank you, Window Nation!

Sales person answered all questions. The windows look great. Installation crew was awesome, covered everything up with plastic. The crew brought a cleaning person that did a super job in cleaning the work site. We were pleasantly surprised with our purchasing experience and are highly recommending Window Nation.

I had 3 guys installing the windows and I was blown away on how well the windows turned out and they cleaned up every single scrap from the old windows. I had 27 windows replaced!! The price for this job was very reasonable. It was a huge job and I just got my latest electricity bill which is cut in 1/2 now.

Windows were installed well. Due to a mismeasurement, all windows were too big and installers were hindered by doing modifications to compensate. Because unexpected changes took much time, installers, after working all day in hot 100 degree temp were so exhausted they just left. A final walk through was not done, thus many end touches were not done, e.g., 3 screens had holes one screen was missing, cathedral windows were not washed, etc. City inspector found wrong window was installed by a door. It took me many emails and telephone calls and several visits by your WN personnel to get final touches accomplished. Just frustrating.

Team was very professional and efficient. Good communication as to what they were doing and approximate time of completion. Respectful of property and pets.

The person that installed my window was very fast and very clean. And he was very professional.

Salesman, Rob, was great but the installers were terrific. They were helpful and knowledgeable. They cleaned up and also cleaned the new windows. They will have to return as 2 of the windows were made wrong.

We had our windows replaced by Window Nation and had a great experience. Reasonable price, great customer service and installation. Would definitely recommend.

Fast, professional, high quality.

The ppl showed up to install but didn’t have the right weather stripping so had to drive back to the shop adding 3 additional hours to the install. They removed our screen and didn’t put another one or the same one back. We are without a screen and the window doesn’t prevent heat from entering the room and is hot.

The windows are Great, but we had a few damaged windows(shipping), one window was leaking when it rained and the installation crew used Caulk instead of a plastic cap where the hole is for attaching the window. Window Nation staff came out and noticed that the Leaking window in our Master Bedroom was not installed properly, the Service Manager assured us that this will be taken care of ASAP!!! The Service Manager and I made an appointment and when the Crew came, they ONLY had 2 windows and had NO IDEA about the Master Bedroom Window or the Discrepancy's that we had to be repaired and that we Discussed!! Also found out that the Family Room window hasn't been ordered!!!
Every time I contact my Service Manager, he has NO CLUE what needs to be done and the window status! Now Again I'm Waiting on my Service Manager to Schedule an Appointment to Correct the Master Bedroom window and the Discrepancy's. He did tell me that the one window was Finally ordered but won't be delivered till the end of September!!!! Again, we are Pleased with that actual product but the communication during and after installation NEEDS to be IMPROVED!!!

Excellent product (double hung windows), great installation and installers, good contact from schedulers. Was disappointed in lack of followup from salesperson but overall I'd recommend.

They were polite and respectful but most of all not pushy. Brandon was great and the installation was very good.

The whole experience was smooth and easy. From sales to final measuring, to installation to management. Everyone we delt with was professional and expert at their job.
