Communication was great. Always knew the next step. Men Arrived on time at 8 and completed the job at 4. Did a great job of installing 5 windows and sliding glass door and thorough at cleaning up the mess. So far, we love the windows.

These guys are true professionals! Did an amazing job with my window replacement. The new windows they installed look beautiful, and my home is quieter and cooler already!

The windows is not worth the money,it is cheap.

They do not stand behind there workmanship. Company has come out twice. First time same crew as did work. Still shotty. The second time was manager came in looked at windows and said my wife would not like this. Nothing done and 10 months later still are not happy with windows.

Mario and his crew was promptly on time. That being said, as in my contract my verbal blinds were removed and reapplied By Marion/crew Replacing the blinds after 24 hour period at which Mario and his crew were long gone. I was unable to properly reinstall my vertical blinds because the hardware that the vertical blinds go into which were reinstalled by Mario and his crew we’re not positioned correctly..Which was very disappointing and frustrating and costly to my household. This costly mistake & my time will greatly be considered when considering recommending Window Nation in the future.

There seem to be a difference in policy between corporate and the local office l picked Window Nation because I was told they would stain my window because of my age and I had a stroke I was unable later I was told they could not do it.later the relented and they did it

Whole process was smooth and easy. The install went quick. My only complaint is the lack of cleanup that was left on the outside, that consisted of various pieces of old window trim and some had several nails on them.

Spoke to company on the phone and really just wanted to get a price over the phone. They wouldn’t do that but they offered me a $100 gift card to let a salesman come out. I agreed. At end of visit I asked salesman for card. He said it would automatically be emailed to me. After a couple weeks I called and was told it takes a month to get it. After a couple more weeks I called again and was told must have been an oversight and would get card within a week. Never got any card. I looked up some reviews on better business bureau and saw others complained about not getting a promised gift card. What a terrible way to do business! No way I’d ever select them now!

You have correct email because you emailed me a survey after the onsite visit. I also verified email each time I called to ask where the gift card was. You also have my phone number (call or text) and address. I think if you wanted me to get it, I would have.

Very efficient in the installation. The three men worked diligently.

The installation of the windows and doors were good . However, they did alot of minor damage to my house. They damaged some siding and trim. There was alot of debris and screws left in my driveway,lawn and roof. They took off my doorbell and lost it. They also damaged my Christmas lights.They shouldn’t have worked on a day when it was very cold and snowing.

Timing was a bit longer than anticipated but well worth the wait.

They were very professional, quick, and did a wonderful job!! Very satisfied! Price was right too.

Window Nation did beautiful work. My installers were fast, friendly, and so polite. The only reason I did not give five stars is because I was told that my installers would be there between 8-10 and did not come until 1:30. There was a miscommunication to my installer and he was not aware of the time change. When I called multiple times about where the installer was (before I knew) no one could give me an answer and had to email everything. That was frustrating.

The person who added caulking to the windows was verynice and courteous. However, I still have to wear sweaters in order to sit in the rooms that have the new windows.
