Horrible install
No issues with the product. Crew showed up when they were supposed to on a day that the rain was monsoon conditions. They assured me they would start on the covered porch windows and wait for the rest. They didn't wait, during the worst of the storm my living room had no windows and was exposed to torrential rain.
The windows were installed from the inside rather than the outside which damaged all 23 window sills in my home and now is in need of repairs and paint.( i just had the inside of my home painted less than 6 months ago!). I would like someone to contact me about how to resolve this issue.

Nice windows, but very expensive!
The installers were fabulous! They were efficient, clean, and quick! The windows themselves are okay. I'm disappointed there is no finger hold to lift and drop them. There is a slight opening where one of the screens does not go all the way down; it is about a 1/4" opening, enough for bugs to get in.

Extremely frustrated with Window Nation
Extremely frustrated with Window Nation!! From the start, there were major communication issues. My initial deposit check was lost when my sales rep left, causing delays with no proactive communication. I gave my deposit check on October 14th and I was not told about the lost check until December 1st. I placed my order in October 2025 and paid fully in January 2026, yet my project is still not complete.
A week after installation, a window actually fell out, setting off my alarm and sending police to my home, which was incredibly stressful. Since then, getting it fixed has been a nightmare with poor communication, long delays, and being told a replacement part was ordered when it wasn't. I've had to repeatedly follow up for updates instead of the company taking responsibility.
This has been a months long, stressful experience for a very expensive purchase. Despite multiple errors and ongoing issues, I've received nothing and no real resolution or compensation. I would not recommend based on my experience!!

The Crew Was Outstanding!
The crew that replaced the windows was prompt, courteous and professional. The foreman kept me abreast of the window replacement schedule so that we could utilize certain areas of the house where they were not scheduled to work. Also, they cleaned up well after working in a particular area.
