From the onset of this project it has been seamless. Gabe is friendly and informative, Amy friendly and direct and the team of guys who did the work were pretty incredible!

I'm very, very happy with the product and the outcome!

If anything constructive to add: I called and left a voicemail regarding a question and it was not returned. Also, one of the metal handles has a chip in it but a call has been placed for Warranty work.

The installers and project supervisor were great.

Delivery and installation went very well. Installers were prompt and professional.
The problem was the appearance of the black finish showed manufacturing streaks in it.
I politely let the installation manager know and have been ignored on my concerns of the appearance of the window finish.
I had to pay twenty percent more to get the black finish and am very disappointed. I am also extremely disappointed with how I patiently have waited approximately six months for a resolve. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from upper management. Window Nation has my money so they do not care to make it right. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service.

They put all new windows in our home, did a really nice job and we're happy with their work.

Two week delay on our doors and 1 trim piece missing so front door will not have any trim for 4 weeks while we wait for trim to arrive. Door knobs were supposed to be silver, but we didn't catch this error on contract so we will have to purchase correct color ourselves. Quality seems good.

From start to finish Window Nation was on point, very communicative and finished the job down to the final detail.

Top notch quality

The garden window was exactly what we wanted. Other window companies weren't able to find and order a garden window for us. It was expertly installed and all of the installation mess was cleaned up and removed. The installation gentlemen were courteous and explained everything to us. I'd happily order again from Window Nation.

The second crew that was sent to do the installation was exceptionally good at what they do. WN has fooled through with their promise of good customer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows.

First to mention is Angela… she is so very committed that I have a good understanding of the business and how well the project and the team are going to take great care of me, making all the expectations I expect to be honored. I had many questions and she welcomed all of them and assured I was welcome to call her anytime. The team, father, son and brother in law were experts in their craft, and so respectful to me the whole time they were here… also listening to my questions while I would check in and watch them work. The were friendly, positive and always took time to answer any concerns during their time here, and cleaned up during and after the project was completed. I was amazed with the whole experience. I will never be hesitant to insist them on my future updates. I am so pleased and all concerns vanished while I watched them complete the job. The windows and sliding door are beautiful! This is a company anyone will be so pleased to deal with…. I can’t say enough great things about the whole experience ! They will never disappoint!!!

Very quick and well done job. the windows are amazing.

The sales person was great, and the company made the necessary adjustments to the order to satisfy my needs. The installers were great and finished the job in record time and advised the company quickly of two items missing from the order.

Peter's team was very careful of the flower beds. They were very efficient at removing the siding and taking out the windows. They were very careful and knowledgeable about putting in the new windows and sliding glass door. They respectful and answered questions I had and showed me how the windows and screening worked.

We got a decent price and an amazing install team. It was obvious that they took great care to make sure the job was done with quality in mind, rather than hurrying to get to the next job.

The price was reasonable for a very large replacement window. The sales person was knowledgeable and knew the answers to all my questions. The cntractors hired to install the new window were super professional.

Customer service was great and windows are awesome. Install was planned for 3 days and tuned into 5 days. Could have had a larger crew to get done sooner. Installer did a good job working with our board and bat siding. Over all done well.
