We are very pleased with our windows. The installation crew was fantastic. They were very professional and courteous. They cleaned after themselves and we hardly knew they were here.

I want to give a big shout out to Jose, Bianca, Troy and didn't catch other guys name for doing an outstanding job. I could tell they cared about the job they did. My windows look amazing. I would give them 10 stars. I also love my new louver blinds. It made the windows pop.

On another note, Nick Marler, sales rep for Window Nation. The louver shutters have openings just a fyi.

No service. No follow up. No return calls. 2 1/2 months since you were to replace the broken window

In 2022 you installed 8 windows form. 2 years later you replace one with a stress crack. A couple of weeks ago another window had a stress crack. I called and the window was ordered, but the wrong size was delivered so we have to wait another couple of weeks.

The install crew arrived on time. They were courteous and answered any questions we had along the way. The job was completed in one day as promised. The crew worked efficiently and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving.

The Service Men were very polite listened to our problem, went right to the windows and showed us what we were not doing correctly. I love my Window Nation windows.

Everyone was very polite and courteous. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They were very informative answered any questions offered some solutions. The windows are very good quality. They were careful with the install and cleaned up everything afterwards.

Everyone has been professional and knowledgeable. Did not have a long wait time for installation. Install was completed in one day (6 windows).

Windows took longer than told . Time of install did not have all the windows and one was wrong measurements.

From our salesman Rob, to our scheduler, Stacey, to our installer Erick and his crew, we had a great experience. Everyone’s knowledge and expertise was incredible. Everyone was friendly and efficient. My son-in-law is a carpenter. He said the WN window are some of the highest quality windows and installation he has ever seen. I agree

WN installed 18 windows, and we're also paid to replace 8 shutters on front of house. Shutters were left but not installed. One window had a part broken by installers and told me they would return the following week to repair but did not.

The project went as stated from the beginning. The installers came on the schedule day but it was raining and sleeting. I requested them to come back next week. So received a call from Window Nation and a new date was set. The installers were very polite and as I watched them install the new windows I observed them checking their work to make sure it was just right. Aaron and Mike completed the project and cleaned up any mess that was made.

I dont think this company cares at all about its customers. I don’t care about helping this company improve. I hope window nation goes outta business. Bad communication from WN local office, a ton of, American replacing immigrants, doing a shitty job installing the windows, and a bungled replacement of windows that were broken on install or miss measured to begin with. 😑

Very professional installation. They cleaned up and even touched up paint.

The guy's showed up and went right to work, nonstopped all day working as a team. The 1st problem is they were short 1 window that some how was not ordered. So my house has all new windows but 1. The 2nd problem was mother nature and poor scheduling between my wife and who ever set the date. 20 degrees when these guys started taking windows out and in no time the inside of my house was very cold and the heater ran all day. I am thankful these guys worked hard to get the job done.
