Taylor in the office and Jordan the fitter are brothers who together make an excellent team. This Colchester based family business were professional and efficient right from the initial contact through to the survey and ultimately the installation. The price quoted was extremely competitive and the work carried out to a very high standard. The site was left tidy and clean and the making good and plastering around the new window was completed to the highest standard. The work was fully certified and I have no hesitation in recommending Windoworld ltd. if you are fortunate enough to live in or around the Colchester area.

Deplorable company - they caused thousands of pounds in damage to my home through poor workmanship & negligence. When I called to report it, I was verbally abused by the owner, Ronnie Orr, numerous times. Jobs were booked in - only for the fitters to not bother turning up, resulting in lost wages when times are hard enough at the moment. When I raised these issues, I was again verbally abused... the customer service I received was disgusting - it’s funny how they treat you completely differently once they’ve had thousands of pounds from you. Obviously if they’d have acted that way beforehand, money would have never have exchanged hands. I was forced to pay someone else to put right the work that they refused to rectify, despite taking thousands from me. Ronnie Orr is a bully who likes to throw his weight about and threaten people. Also they blame the fitters if anything goes wrong! Yet they’re the ones your contract is with, so maybe they need to take some legal advice before embarrassing themselves further! I will never use this company again.
