I mistakenly ordered the wrong acoustic trickle vents and arranged for them to be returned. The company has received the items, but I’ve been told a refund must first be “authorised by a manager,” even though we refused delivery and the package was never even opened.
In the past, this company was straightforward and honest, but now the process feels unnecessarily difficult and drawn out. It’s disappointing to see this level of service when a simple, unopened return should have been resolved quickly and fairly.
