I just bought a condo that had window world windows with a transferable warranty ,I sent in the fees and transfer paperwork and received a call the warranty could not be transferred to me because they do not do business with the company they got the windows from . Say nothing in my all inclusive transferable life time warranty or any other paper work including the original sales agreement . I will turn this over to the Consumer protection agency

windows world supplied and fitted my composite door today and it looks great I am so happy with it. A returning customer. A big thank you to windows world and to Colin and Jordan whom fitted the door, they took my old door away too. I`ll happily use windows world in the future, great service!!! great valve!!! thanks again guys

this company is a joke they sub out the installs and it takes days , the guy left a mess and showed up late , install took two days ,only one guy came to do it 13 windows and I work night soi got no sleep waiting on him to get it done .

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, THEY ARE DISHONEST, I will not give them any star.
I purchased 29 windows and 2 sliding doors. I pay them 44,000.00 dollars One sliding door is to small, Their crew did not measure the window before the removal of the old one. Upon installation I told them the frame of the sliding door is too small, I call Keven Keagan and reported the problem. He let them install the sliding door and add three extra buck beside the ones they put into the wall. Even their employee cannot get through the door. They refuse to replace it. In their contract they told me I have a lifetime warranty, if a window brakes they will replace it but they do not want to replace the sliding door that has a lifetime warranty. They are dishonest people. They will tell lies. They see the money. They do not finished the installation. They did not past inspections for the second time. They never answer their phone, they do not follow up. I have to borrow someone else phone to call them because they know my number they will not answer my phone. Keven Keagan did answer because I call from another phone number. He thought it was a new customer. He will start nice but he is the one who is very deceitful, because when you report a problem he will ignore you like he was doing a favor. I have to remind him that I pay him 44,000.00$ in many occasions. He does not not. Until now, their labels are in my window, their is still some material to install their crew left in my home. The crawling, the nails to be covered, and inspection to pass.

I should do my research before I signed this contract. One of his employee explained to me because Kevin Keagan is the one who took the measurement, he will never accept that he did something wrong. They have problem with many customers, They have only contractors. One day they send three drunk people to my home to install some windows. I had to call him and told him not to send those people to my home because they are drunk.
This company does not have any respect for the customer. I am still waiting

Wells Fargo is not a good company also, when I called them to ask them to hold they money they just go a pay them because they see the accumulation of the interest rate if I do not finish to pay them on time.

I want them to replace my sliding door, finish their job, and I will never recommend this company to anyone. I see BBB grade them as a D I will give the an F. Even the F they do not work for it. They have poor excuses.

Had my windows done twice from wondoworld now on two houses and have not got bad word to say, the customer service was exellent and the fitting service was very professional, taking away rubish keeping my house clean at all times. Would definitely reccomend them!

Friendly and amazing service at reasonable costs. Fitters are good. After sales service is also good.
The owner is always around if you have any issues, even if it relates to works done by other companies, and will try to rectify himself if he is able to.
As Window World is really busy, one has to be patient to get a cost, but well worth the wait.

Be warned look at the reviews I spent £10k on new windows and patio doors, French doors with them and I have condensation between glazing, broken plastic frames and they will not rectify the issues . called window world numerous occasions but refuse to help

terrible customer service , they messed us about for over a month . sent glass that had cracks , and marks inside glass . didn't deliver when they said they would TWICE , we went to collect our order again TWICE and it wasnt there . try to blame us that they didn't have out order, very ride and communication was terrible .
its laughable just how crap they are !! be careful everyone .

This company will not honor anything verbally mentioned, even in a
face to face meeting. I ordered a window to be replaced at their office
and was told one window would be fine. When the salesman came to home it was 2 windows on the contract. This was in the fall of 2019.
I it is now March 13,2020. No window.

Used Window World of Southern Maine to replace the old wood windows in my cottage. Salesman was knowledgeable& gave me a good price. Installation was smooth and the product is excellent for the price point. Was happy enough to go back and use them to replace some sliding glass doors in my home.

I have contracted with Window World in New Mexico as well as Nevada. Unlike some other well-known window companies, they will work with the customer to install one, two, three or as many windows as desired. They measure and produce custom windows that have saved me ~ 30% on my energy bills. Professional and perfect installation every time, financing with no interest is also available for one year. Perfect experiences. Looking forward to have more windows replaced including a sliding glass door. Received a free quotes with absolutely no pressure to start the work right away. Cannot say enough good about this company.
