The lightweight scooter is so much better than our old one, easy to lift in and out of the car boot.

Following a number of email communications with Wes the owner of this Company regarding motability scooters I was impressed with the manner in which my queries were dealt with, in particular the fact that there was no sales pitch, just helpful knowledgeable advice to enable me to make a decision on the type of scooter I required to suit my wife.
I arranged for a demonstration of the various models I had selected and these were brought to my home the following day by Chris who offered advice and made every effort to ensure that we chose the correct model for our requirements, he was extremely knowledgeable and made no effort to pressure us into purchasing my scooter. Having chosen the model we required he contacted Wes who arranged to collect this from the factory and arranged to deliver and assemble it within two days.
Wes arrived as promised and completed the necessary VAT exemption paperwork and assembled the scooter for my wife to try.
I would recommend this Company to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a mobility scooter simply for the honesty and knowledgeable advice which is freely given with no pressure to purchase from them

Windsor's is probably the most customer friendly and focussed company I have ever dealt with. Nothing is too much trouble. I damaged the scooter soon after we got it and they took it away and repaired it free of charge which they didn't need to do.
I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Wes rang to arrange a meeting, When he arrived we had a discussion about what I needed- a lightweight folding scooter that I could put in the boot of my car, that's suitable for airline travel. Even though it was blowing a gale & raining cats and dogs! Wes showed me the lightweight scooter, which was bright orange. I decided to have it, but wanted the black one. Wes placed the order. Although it took longer than expected, Wes kept in touch with me allaying my fears. The engineer arrived & I took receipt of my "new wheels". Without the battery I can lift it into the boot. The battery can be brought into the house to be charged separately.
It feels so good to have a bit of independence back. I hadn't seen the local park in over a year, I went out straight away.
I went to another park this week with my brother. I'm delighted with it. It's what I needed. Would definitely recommend Wes and Windsor mobility. Thanks so much.

I finally persuaded my husband to try a mobility scooter. I researched for the most suitable for him and light enough for me to lift and put in the boot.

We found Windsors and Wes gave me details and price by email of the Airfold Superlite weighing 12 kilos without the battery.

He sent Chris to visit and bring it along for us to see and try. We were impressed and ordered it in black on that day.

2 weeks later, Wes brought us the Genie Ultralight and my husband is now looking forward to getting out and about again after a long time.

Wes from Windors Mobility came to my home, bringing a selection of lightweight mobility scooters for me to try at home. He was courteous, helpful and respectful at all times.
I bought the scooter which was the lightest - the Monarch Genie - which weighs 12kg minus the battery - because it was the only one I could actually manage to lift into the car boot! It was just as well he brought 3 scooters at 12kg, 14kg & 16kg for me to try out, as I had been looking online at scooters around 28kg, thinking that was light enough for me to lift into my car!
Everything to do with the sale of the scooter was quick and efficient. Wes brought my brand new boxed Monarch Genie scooter over to me a couple of weeks after ordering it, and set it all up for me on the drive. He went through everything with me & asked me if I'd any questions. Wes also took away all the scooter packaging with him.
I'm very happy with the scooter. It's fast and lightweight and zips along well. It folds down in seconds and it's back up again in a minute. It really is an easy to use scooter.
A week after taking delivery of the scooter, I had found that my arthritic hands & fingers made it difficult for me to operate the tiller lever that secures the tiller upright to use, and then releases it again to fold up the scooter. I texted Wes the problem I was having with the lever. He came over to my house to have a look at it that same week. He discussed a solution with me that would make the tiller easier for me to operate. He took my scooter back to the shop for the engineer to fit a different lever to the tiller and Wes returned the scooter to me just 5 days after he had taken it away to alter. The scooter tiller is much easier now for me to operatep.
I can thoroughly recommend Wes at Windsors Mobility for his knowledge of lightweight scooters, his advice, his reliability, his quick replies to texts and his patience whilst I tried out the scooters and decided which one to buy. Thank you, Wes!

Wes was punctual, provided us with two different, modern collapsible scooters to test out. He was very clear at explaining the differences and benefits of each one. There was no pressure to buy but we did purchase the Airfold in red. Paperwork and money transactions were faultless and he delivered the scooter when he said he would. id just like to say a big thankyou for my new scooter, i was looking for a lighter one as the one i had was becoming to heavy. Wes came round and demonstrated a few lightweight scooters and i opted for the airfold superlite. Wes was a really nice young gentleman who took his time in explaining all the benefits. The scooter arrived within 12 days and the engineer gave me a full demonstration of how to use it again. i wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wes and Windsor's mobility to anybody, it was a joy to do business with him.

Wes Harrison with whom we met and did business presents as a very knowledgeable and helpful individual. My wife explained her problems and he recognised her needs and suggested a lightweight scooter which we ended up buying. Throughout the procedure he was accommodating and visited our property with the Pride Quest which we ultimately purchased. He fully demonstrated the scooter in an easy and comprehensive manner.

The scooter is everything I hoped for. There is real pleasure in being able to join friends for walks that had become impossible. With a little inventiveness, the scooter can be packed quite compactly in the car boot. Wes has been extremely helpful and quick to respond to an enquiry.
