I keep reaching out via email and telephone, they aren't cooperating with a return to my banking, of almost 250.00 in return.

Joanna keeps giving me the run around as do their other bs customer service reps. Give me my damn money already!

I wish I could give this company a minus!! Package has just not arrived. Every time I email for customer service I just get automatic replies.
Customer service is non existent. I wish I had of read these reviews before ordering. I would never had ordered from this third rate company.

My daughters went in the Manchester N.H. location. They were approached by Renee the store Manager and were told "I am not your mother and you need to pick up the fitting room". This person should not be dealing with customers. I could go on and on as there was so much more said but I believe anyone reading this can get the idea. I have reached out to the district manager and plan to keep reaching out as I would love to speak to the CEO of this company as they would be horrified knowing how the manager speaks to customers. As a business owner, I would want to know and take action as to not loose all my customers!!

Bought for high school dance and fits me perfectly - came almost a week before the expected delivery to the UK! Couldn't recommend more. The quality is amazing for the price and not see-through at all although is a little thin but I prefer that in a dress. Customer service team also got back to me quickly - within a day about an inquiry I had about my order, were very helpful and professional. Thank you!!!

They sent my order to the wrong address (so they say they sent it…). The neighbors say they never received a package. I told Windsor to give me a refund & they refused. I will dispute with my credit card company. This was supposed to be my Halloween Costume 🥲. And yes, customer service is non-existent. Would give “0” star if possible.

Would give no stars if I could ordered a dress for my birthday and paid for it has constantly said order can’t be found ive emailed them multiple time and got the same generic response what the hell do not order from here !!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a romper super cute! I wore it once and the strap ripped I went into the store they told me they couldn’t accept damaged product and I paid 23.95 for next day shipping total was 68.85. I’m sorry if your product isn’t going to last the least you could do it let there be an exchange for it. I won’t be purchasing from this company again.

I have been waiting weeks for a package that now appears to be lost with fedex, even though I paid extra for shipping. I contacted the company for a shipping refund which took them a while to take care of. I have now had to explain to multiple different customer service reps the situation as I keep receiving generic emails on my missing order. So far, they have been far from helpful and I have initiated a dispute with my credit card to ensure I receive a refund.

Absolutely horrific service and will never order from here again, let alone go into their poorly organized stores.

When I ordered online, the package took almost two weeks to come. When it did arrive, the merchandise was not as durable as I had hoped. Overall I will never shop here again and would prefer to spend the same money on other retail stores. If you want trendy clothing, I would not suggest this site based on material alone. But if you want cheaper but suitable clothing, go to a thrift store, Goodwill, Ross, and Burlington, if you want a bargain. Beautiful inexpensive cocktail dress. But shopping at store was a nightmare. Customer service is terrible, sales clerks were downright rude and we had to stand in a long line just to try on dresses.

I placed an order on 9/19 and I PAID EXTRA for faster shipping. My package was supposed to arrive by 9/24 the latest, but Windsor emailed me on 9/23 saying it wouldn't come in until 9/30.

My birthday is on 9/27 and I was planning on wearing my items for that day. Now I'm going to have to go find something else last minute. They said they can't cancel the order once it's been processed, which I understand.

However, in order to return the items I would need to pay for shipping AGAIN, which I am not going to do. I think they should cancel the order since I won't be needing the items by the time they come in, or at the very least, refund me for the extra shipping that I paid as well as pay for the return shipping.

There is a store in our city but it was so busy, unorganized and quite small. I ordered my daughters homecoming dress online instead and paid for expedited shipping. Needless to say, here it is 5 days later and still no dress. I was refunded the shipping, ok, great but, if the dress doesn’t fit or look right, we have less than a few hours to find something else. I’m really sad for her because she’s a sophomore and Covid stopped her from being able to go last year so this is her first and this is her experience?!?

Their customer service and return policy could be better, I don’t like that sales are final on their sale stuff because a lot of companies aren’t like that anymore, and I don’t like that you only have a few days after your package arrives to report if something is wrong with your order, but they have really nice things

Ordered 5 dresses/rompers & some lingerie on aug. 11th for my boyfriends birthday aug. 18th, a wedding aug. 20th & a bridal shower aug. 21st. Still haven’t received my order…… save your money.

Thought i was being proactive by ordering 2 ball dresses 8 weeks prior to the event only to see that it has now been 2 weeks and they have not even left the United States. Starting to think they're never coming.

Terrible quality for the money. Honestly save yourself 50 bucks and buy the same thing from Shein- because the quality is the same.

Unfortunately, I was not satisfied at all with how long it took to ship one item. I ordered shoes for a wedding and had to purchase a backup pair, I am not doing this ever again and will shop in person from now on. Whoever is in charge of the shipping needs to be fired because of the laziness of taking over 10 days just for one product. It's ridiculous and will be getting my money back for wasting my time and money on them.

Believe the reviews they have the worst customer service, poor fabrics, and unethical customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. We ordered a two dresses that took two weeks to arrive, one didn’t fit we went to return it and they would not issue a refund because the items weren’t return within two weeks of the SHIP date. However it is impossible to return something before you receive it. Save yourself and run away from this cheap company

This company is the worst. They have poorly crafted items. And even worse is our customer service. They never get back to you if you email with an issue or concern same with messaging on social media. They never get back with you. When you call the phone just rings and rings and rings and nobody picks up. I received an order last Thursday that has defective items in it I promptly contacted them where I waited 45 minutes and then was disconnected and never once was able to speak with anyone same with the next day on Friday. I waited 45 minutes and then was disconnected. I emailed their customer service and received an automated response that stated if there was any additional information to respond with the additional information. I did so with images attached of the defective items. I have yet to hear back from them and it is a week later I have emailed them twice now as well as reached out on Facebook messenger and Instagram messenger. I even went as far as the Better Business Bureau and have still gotten nowhere. This company is horrible they do not care about their customers whatsoever. Not to mention that their sizing is so off that you feel like you’re playing a game of Russian roulette every time you order items from them. I’ve contacted their customer service in the past with regards to this and the girls and answer the phone are so rude they have no customer service or personal skills whatsoever they shouldn’t even be doing the job that they’re doing. And then they claim that the size chart is just a “guide“. So there’s literally no way to determine if something is going to fit you or not you just have to guess. Typically if I measure myself and try to fit myself within the size guide for tops whatever I order will be so tight I can’t even get it on me. Therefore I typically have to order one size up for tops. When it comes to bottoms I have to order one size down because everything is huge and falls off. None of it makes any sense whatsoever I’ve never had such a horrible time of my life trying to purchase clothing from a company. They state that all of their items come from a different manufacturer so they can’t promise an accurate sit per size for each item. Then they probably should be sourcing from a different company(s) or changing your size chart to be relevant towards these items.

Their customer service is TERRIBLE. They never answer their phones, take DAYS to answer any emails, and won't give you an in-store refund if you purchase online...DURING A PANDEMIC. This place is an utter joke. You're better off shopping with Shein than you are with this place. At least they have competent customer service abilities.
