I’ve had a fantastic experience working with Windward Grove, particularly Simon, while finding tenants for my flat in Brighton. As a first-time landlord, I was naturally a bit unsure about the process, but Simon made everything incredibly straightforward and stress-free.
He is knowledgeable, approachable, and clearly very experienced. What really stood out to me was how much he genuinely cares, not just about achieving the best outcome for me as a landlord, but also about ensuring the tenants are well suited and looked after too. That balance gave me a lot of confidence throughout.
Simon was always on hand to answer questions, explain things clearly, and guide me through each step. Thanks to him, what could have been a daunting process turned into a smooth and positive experience.

The service from start to finish was very helpful and straightforward. Simon is very helpful, and did everything he could to help what we are looking for. I rented a flat in Osprey House in Brighton for 2 years (2023-2025), the Windward grove staff were amazing, from the viewing day/time (with Simon I believe) all the way with the follow-up staff namely Zahra Rahman, who has been very well supportive and replying to every enquiry I have. The flat was good and rent (based on the area) was really good. There was not any major issues. Some minor normal issues happened like I had an issue with my bedroom's door, which after contacting Windward, has been completely and immediately resolved.

The agent is really good and I have not experienced any issue with them until handing the keys (today 30th of June 2025).

Simon knows what he's doing, he's an experienced agent that knows his market and goes above and beyond with that personal touch. He genuinely cares about you when selling your home making the process smooth and stress free, giving sound advice along the way. It was great knowing that he wasn't tied to a 9 to 5 day and if you had questions at 9pm he would be right there answering them.
