TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! BUYER BEWARE. I ordered an item from them, they said that the delivery address came up as residential. I called FEDEX and they said it was a simple fix to change this as it is PLAINLY a commercial address. I communicated this to them. I had my electrician prepare (cost more than the appliance did) the location for the item and got no response from the seller for weeks. I reached out again and they said that the same problem still existed. I even gave them a second address, they said the same thing. Attempted to extort me for more shipping! Ignored me for two weeks between times when I thought the item was in transit. Their response to my frustration at not sending the item that I won on eBay was to say I was threatening and to cancel the sale and to make all kinds of unfounded accusations. They are literally trying to sell it for a higher price to someone else as they probably sold it cheaper than they wanted to. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AS THEY ARE DISHONEST NEGOTIATORS AND CANNOT BE COUNTED ON TO KEEP THIER WORD!
