Fast Shipping

Easy to order online(friendly) and products were available….shipping was Awesome within one day of delivery -thanks so much and will let you know when we “blow up” the band inflatables and the LED 30” beach ball!! So excited to use them all this weekend at our parties (July 30th and July 31st) Note: What a super fun and Awesome party hit!!! I want to know if we are moving forward with the resolution of my purchase or not.
The products purchased by me were shipped by a completely different person. I brought it to the Windy City Novelties and theynever returned my money or sent the products. It has been a couple of weeks and nothing from Windy City. Wouldn't recommend them for any reason. Mark Linton

We previously offered either a replacement or a refund after learning that FedEx changed the delivery address from your P.O. Box to a physical address without authorization. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. As we do not use the post office as delivery service.
At that time, you wanted to try retrieving the package yourself, so we have been waiting to hear back from you regarding whether you were able to retrieve it.
