Placed one order with this company which was fine. Then inundated with marketing texts. I’ve asked multiple times to be removed from their marketing lists, have received email confirmation this will be done, yet continue to receive marketing communications. Clearly no respect for customers whatsoever.

I’ve used Wineapp for over a year and have to say that it’s been a life saver! From ordering birthday gifts to last minute vino orders for picnics at the park.
I recently had an issue with one of my orders (I accidentally ordered to my old address) however this was quickly fixed after speaking with Amy on live chat and I received my wine in 30 mins! (Thanks again!!!)

Such a great app/website. Makes purchasing wine a doddle. It has a great selection, competitively priced and super fast on demand delivery.
You can use the app to find new wines, using the search or their suggestions via a food pairing for example. Very impressed.

I've used a few "fast delivery" apps but none of them offer such a HUGE range of wines (over 800 on Wineapp) - meaning any time during the day or night I can order exactly what I feel like drinking from table Italian reds, to top Burgundy chardonnays. The wine reviews and videos are really helpful too, and it really does come fast (ours came in under 20 minutes). Bravo!

Been using this for nearly 2 years after recommendation from friends.No complaints.
Good choice of wine and friendly interactive customer service.
At first drivers had a little difficulty finding me but a quick call sorted all.
I have never had to wait too long and it once saved a party getting more wine quickly.
I would recommend for a speedy, efficient service

Great service! The wine was delivered in 30 minutes and the driver actually waited at my house until somebody arrived home as everyone was out. I was easily able to contact customer services to let them know that nobody was home and they relayed this to the driver. Fantastic way to send a bottle of wine to a friend as a surprise after a long day at work too. 5 stars!!

Overcharged...waited more than 1 week to hear back after complaining and now refusing to refund

Orderd at 7:40pm with estimate delivery at 20:27. Is 21:16 still no delivery. That premium service I paid for makes no sense.... Overpromised proposition, you should remove the 45 min delivery as it never happened to me.

Later edit. Thanks for your reply. If you experienced a huge volume pf order its good news. But even update your delivery promise to 3 hours or higher more delivery support.

Awful customer service! I’ve been waiting for over 12 hours now with little response as to where my missing £60 bottle of wine is.

I’ve been recommended the app by my husband and friends who all had a great experience.

Sadly I can’t say the same as I’m left with the payment taken out of my account and no delivery and no clarity on what’s going 12 hours later...

EDIT: this was eventually resolved and delivery rearranged for the next day

I requested all my data to be deleted on 30/10. They sent me marketing on 2 separate occasions, once on 1/12 and again on 31/12, well outside the 30 day GDPR requirements to delete my data. No easy way to contact them to subsequently complain. Reported to ICO. If you worry about your data and inability to stop this company continuously marketing to you I would avoid this at all costs.

Don’t live in the delivery zone so got next day. Didn't arrive that next day so message and got a brilliant service sorting out the delivery, crediting delivery cost and also being proactive following up to make sure all was ok. Delivery mishaps happen but it’s always great when a company back things up with solid customer service. Amy was brilliant and will be using them again as a result.

I received my order within 15 minutes! Super efficient service and even received a lovely handwritten note.

ALWAYS AVOID a company that doesn't have contact details anywhere, especially on their website and one that has Facebook Messenger disabled on their FaceBook page. ALWAYS!

I tried Wineapp through its own app with really disappointing results twice, but just ordered via Deliveroo and everything was great, especially the little handwritten note :-)

Was very happy to have discovered this Gem during lockdown! Wine delivered quickly at a reasonable price... what's not to love.

Truly a nice, niche selection, service is fast and reliable, customer care attentive and on point. Really looking forward to new product additions, guys :)

Onwards and upwards!

I was so impressed with Wineapp. A friend recommended it to me at the height of lockdown when wine was required frequently and immediately! I have ordered twice and the delivery time to Wimbledon was great. Wine is good quality and I tried some new ones as the reviews in the app are really helpful.

I love that the team give you a call to check how your order was and are really upfront about how they want to grow.

I have moved out of London so sadly won't be able to get the same day delivery but if I can get better at forecasting my wine needs i will definitely continue to use!

I was fortunately recommended the wine app by a friend a few days before my wife’s birthday. We had a few more guests than we were expecting, all of whom were thirsty. Fortunately I remembered the wine app, ordered 6 bottles of sparkling wine (also recommended - veuve ambal). They arrived within an hour, were chilled, delicious and preferred by all to the more expensive bubbles I had bought in advance... Thanks Wineapp! Xx

Ordered some wine , was out of area so it was delivered next day. Nice wine too.
