Czekałem prawie dwa miesiące

Czekałem prawie dwa miesiące, nie otrzymałem zamówionego towaru. Po wielu interwencjach pisemnych całe szczęście, że zwrócili pieniądze.

Firma nie utrzymuje kontaktu z…

Firma nie utrzymuje kontaktu z klientami, telefonu nie odbiera lub jest zablokowany. Emaile pozostają bez odpowiedzi. Dwa tygodnie trwa przygotowanie produktu do wysyłki (jesli to prawdziwa informacja - zmiana statusu zamówienia), dwa tygodnie jego nadanie.. ile dostawa nie wiem. Po odstąpieniu od Umowy nie otrzymałem zwrotu w regulaminowym terminie do 7 dni. Sprawę zgłaszam na Policje i do UOKiK.
