Well what can I say. Recently ordered from them, communication is utter rubbish, received wrong product, tried to call them email them no response, finally got through the Guys attitude was stinking gave me a fake number i was to call to confirm it is the same product just new packaging, even though google says they are 2 different products, didn't believe him after the numbers etc he gave me to confirm didnt work, so i did a chargeback, gets a call today withheld number threating me with the police, i told him feel free your advertising one product and sending another and then the numbers you gave me were for a laboratory not casella wines, i felt scammed. He said how can you feel scammed you have the product, em no i have A product not the one i paid for, his attitude is disgusting i will never order again the hassle i have had and they still have not updated the picture of the actual product, he is calling me back today in regarding to proving its the same product difference packaging from the suppliers, honestly the running about i have done as a customer to deal with crappy attitude thinking they can speak to me like a piece of crap not a chance. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY wish i seen reviews before.

Our first order with Wine Deals Direct and a very positive result. I actually phoned with a query and the chap rang me back at 8pm that evening to help. Our delivery was yesterday with FED-EX, I was sent tracking and they followed my instructions and left the wine in my safe place. So a great company from ordering online through to delivery.

We ordered on line in Australia for delivery in uk. Very easy to order, very reasonable price for wine and delivery done on time within 5 working days for family birthday. Company is difficult to contact however order confirmation received and confirmation of delivery when dispatched. Very easy to track on line.

Ordered a dozen bottles of wines from them on the 29th June until now no communication. On the website it stated delivery within 5 working days now 08th July still no sign of delivery. Not replying to email either. I'll avoid this company in the future.

Found the exact Australian sparkling wine I was looking for at winedealsdirect.co.uk. It was at a good price too.
I placed an order for a couple of cases. They arrived securely packed and promptly delivered.

I couldn't find this wine anywhere, then discovered it on wine deals direct. A good price, reasonable delivery costs, super quick delivery and great correspondence and updates.

I placed an order for a bottle of vodka on May 27th, through this store’s website, expecting delivery the same day or shortly after. Today is June 6th, and the order has only just been delivered — 10 days late, with no prior communication or apology from the store.

To make matters worse, the delivery courier refused to tell me what was inside the package when I asked, clearly trying to prevent me from refusing the parcel. The vodka is now completely useless to me, as it was a time-sensitive purchase.

This level of unprofessionalism, lack of transparency, and disrespect for the customer is unacceptable. I have requested a refund, but I do not expect any resolution given how they handle their service.

If you are considering ordering from this store, be aware that your order might not arrive on time — or at all — and you may be treated poorly by their delivery service.

I strongly advise looking elsewhere to avoid a similar frustrating experience.

I have submitted a review stating this is a scam. I have now received my order more than a week after it was said to have been delivered. I had no communication from the company after repeating attempts at trying to contact them. Just a note to say it was delivered. Very poor communication. Late delivery. The company is not a scam and I retract this comment.

Ordered 29 April delivery received 14 May. No communication and emails and request to cancel ignored. Ordered 18 bottles for a party which took place before delivery. Absolutely disgusting customer service no communication

Ordered wine on 3rd May - not delivered until 14th, was worried it was a scam but as it did finally arrive I am changing my review, but its impossible to contact them by phone they just don't pick up or respond to emails so not sure I would order from them again.

Wines Direct did a fantastic job with their service. Ordering was smooth, communication was clear, and delivery was timely. The wine arrived securely packaged, and the prices were fair. Despite initial doubts from reviews elsewhere, the experience was great, proving reliability. I’ve used this company multiple times and would happily order again.

Easy to order, a blip on their web page which was a little worrying got sorted, the wine I ordered was delivered today, very happy and will use this company again
