I found online when looking for a brand of wine I could no longer find in the slopes or from other suppliers. Placed my order and then all went quiet for a week, which made me nervous with so many scammers around. However a notice did then arrive that my order had been dispatched and wine arrived a few days later. So really pleased to get it and both price for wine and for delivery both good value. Would have been five stars with better communication and more speedy dispatch.

There was a glitch on their website but a phone call from the team soon reassured me.

Ordered on Sunday. Delivered on Friday by FedEx as emailed. No problems. Admit I was concerned because of some reviews, but no 'first class service'

Re ordered my usual wine and then sat back and waited for it to be delivered. An easy process no nasty surprises , the wine is always superbly packaged with loads of bubble wrap and tape so no worries in that department. I am very pleased with the service they provide and shall be ordering again as soon as I am down to my last few bottles

After ordering I received a order confirmation email. Then after a couple of days I checked trustpilot out of curiosity and it worried me that they only had 2.3⭐. I needn't have worried. My wine arrived in 4 days from ordering and was in perfect condition.
I will use again in the future.

Excellent service. Ordered on Monday and my items arrived on Friday as promised. Was a little not sure about buying from this website, but received an email reply and phone call from one of the guys and he assured me that delivery will be within few days.
