Made an order on 2nd Feb as a gift to a family member.
Recieved a confirmation email but absolute silence since then, tracking information doesn't work in the email! I also emailed on the day of purchase to ask if this order could be sent as a gift, I.e no invoice in the order and have recieved no reply. I have so tried calling numerous times to no avail.
Really wish I'd read the reviews for this 'company' before purchasing. Disappointed

Of wine 22/1/24 delivery was £5.95 to be delivered within 5 days. After waiting 8 days and no communication from them whatsoever I rang them to be told the wine was out of stock. They didn’t contact me to tell me it was out of stock. So obviously I asked for refund and was told I would receive it within 5 days. Again waited a week and nothing. I emailed them and no reply so I am currently going through paypal to get my money back which they have had since 22/1/24! They have not replied through paypal so I assume they are going to wait until last minute to pay. I will NOT be buying from them again.

First time I’ve ordered from here not impressed at the lack of communication.
Only when I chased was my order updated with tracking - now it’s stuck with fedex who claim they tried to deliver yesterday when they clearly didn’t as I was home all day . I better get my order - won’t be ordering again.

Very poor communication, and unable to get through via the number on the website. After 3 working days later than expected, goods finally arrived today. Not a great experience however appreciate the sales gentleman, keeping us updated within the last 24 hours (believe this only happened due to a poor review on TP).

Personally we will NOT be ordering from this company again simply due to the lack of communication and dodgey excuses regarding warehouse moves (conveniently the same excuse 2 years ago based on another review) and the disgusting customer service i recieved yesterday from the "operational manger".

Looks like submitting poor review gets your delivery dispatched within hours.

Do be warned, If you write a negative review, you will be pressured into removing it however I can only honestly review based on our experience.

Very easy to place my order and excellent and quick delivery!!

Placed an order on the 20th December was told would be delivered before Christmas Eve if not latest 27th December. Was happy either way as it was a present but didn’t mind a few days late. Since then they have taken my money don’t answer the phone and reply to any emails! Luckily I’ve paid using PayPal and have raised a dispute but this means I have to wait even longer to get me money back. Unbelievable service or lack of ishould say. Avoid buying from them

To make it worse I had to raise a dispute with PayPal as they wouldn’t answer there phone/email so what do they do instead of just refunding me they wait till the PayPal deadline and then send a tracking number to PayPal and tried to deliver to me 18 days after placing the order and also called to say it was out of stock when asked why no one bothered to communicate this to me they started getting rude and just hung up the phone.

Excellent service, had to speak on the phone very polite and friendly, delivery was perfect short notice but was fortunate to get before Xmas due to speaking to a lovely helpful gentleman. Will definitely return. Wine is superb too.

It arrived in good time. Contact not good as the link to track a parcel doesn’t work and there’s now way of contacting the firm.

Fantastic service, easy tracking and regular updates. I wasn't going to be in on the delivery date but it was super easy to change.
I have been searching for J P Chenet merlot for months but no one seemed to be stocking it, then I discovered Wine Deals Direct. Game changer. I will definitely be ordering again because they have such a wide range of wine at really good prices!

Ordered 2 cases of sparkling Shiraz 5 days ago, received a shipping notice from both FedEx and Wine Deals Direct. Order delivered today.
It was very well packaged, and overall I cannot fault the service from this company and will use again in the future.

Order received on time. Wine Deals Direct don’t appear to reply to emails but they do answer the phone. Order was well packaged.

Saw google reviews after ordering and thought a scam but no hassle at all, but a note to the company let customers know when awaiting despatch or when dispatched rather than just letting us know via FedEx, delivered within 5 day window and would use again.

As i am new to Wine Deals Direct didnt know if this was a reputable company ,I did look at reviews prior to ordering which did help ,I had been scammed a few days prior (not by this company) which made me more aware ! happy to say all was fine my order was delivered on the fifth day as stated , my only concern was the lack of delivery details and expected day of delivery by the Parcel Company but will be using again!

Easy ordering, fast delivery and great price

No one answers the phone number provided. The info my order was on its way, came after I was delivered to.
No tracking number given by fed ex, so you can see where your parcel is.
Fed ex delivered 2 hours after there 4 hour window they gave.
Everything looks dodgy from the start to finish, but eventually got my delivery.
