When do I receive my order?
Their website shows shipping in 1-2 days but it takes more than week to schedule to ship. I made my order on 8/21 and as of 8/27, no shipping scheduled yet. I do not even know when I receive my order. Do they have cash flow issues? Dishonest service and totally disappointed.

Great Customer Service
I recently placed an order in response to an email offer for Labor Day and forgot to apply the discount when checking out. I wrote and asked for help and Jennifer was so very supportive and assisted me with sorting out my errors. I was able to cancel my erroneous order and reenter one correctly and Jennifer assisted me all along the way. I have used them for over a year with no problems. The orders came in a day or two. The last 2 times I ordered were horrible! The first order came over a week late. I sent many emails telling them to cancel it but they said I would have to pay a fee. The wind did finally come but very late. I figured I would give them another chance thinking it was a fluke thing, but the same thing happened. I spoke to someone on the phone, another country, and they said they would get back to me, but never did. I did finally get it cancelled and my money returned but took 2 weeks for the whole process. They should not take the money out of your account until the order is shipped. I will go to a new company. Not worth the aggravation. I would NOT recommend!!!

We have been purchasing from wine insiders for three years.
We have been purchasing from wine insiders for three years. We have never had a delivery in 3-4 days. Typically, our wine is delivered 5-6 days. Our current order was placed on 7/31/2025 and it is now 8/7/2025 and the order status is "in Process." Once it gets a tracking number, we will still have about 2-3 more days until our wine arrives. It's not like we live in a remote area. We live in Cincinnati.
Most of the wine is good, but there are some stinkers.

Lost on the Columbus Beltway
Wine was supposed to arrive Wednesday at Fed ex store - and it was a no show until maybe today, but I've had no confirmation of arrival.3-4 days riding around Columbus in 90+ weather ought to do wonders for the 15 bottles of wine ordered.
