Don't Get Scammed by Wine Parity
I ordered wine from Wine Parity and then they went silent. They don't answer emails, forms submitted from their site or phone calls. I now see that I'm not the only person who was scammed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

I placed a $1,200 order with these scammers in Mid April. They took my money and then went silent. Emails requesting shipment or an update on expected shipment went unanswered. I was able to get my money back by opening a dispute with AMEX. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES!
Placed order in Dec 2022 and never received wine. They kept saying their shipment will arrive soon, and now they don’t respond to emails. But they recently sent an email offering the same wine for sale!
I had purchased two cases of wine from this company each December as gifts for my brothers, without any problem. This year, I received credit card charges in January, February and March of 2023 in excess of $400 each month for wine I did not order and did not receive. My emails to the salesman I had dealt with last December and to customer service were not answered. Calls to sales and customer service are also not answered - a voicemail says to leave a message, then the line goes dead. Do not deal with this company and, if you have given them your credit card, you should check your statement carefully.
Sadly, I also have fallen for this scam. Charged my card with a case of wine, eventually sent 2 bottles of cheap white wine instead. No response from the company. Am disputing the charge with the help of of my card company. Do not order from here under any circumstances
Complète ripoffs. Paid for a case of wine ($440) did not read the review first - shame on me. Received two bottles of garbage wine. What a scam
The same as another reivewer. Ordered wine, did not show up. Inquired and they said it was on back order. They gave me a date and did not ship then. I cancelled. They did ot refund the money so I disputed the charge with my credit card company.
My experience is wineparity.com are selling wines that are not in inventory. For example, I paid and ordered wine, yet for weeks never received delivery notice, or even notice of a delay. Then, a finally called, with no answer. Called again, no answer. Finally, I emailed and received a response about two days later that I would receive the wine, but close to a month after my order date. Again, the wine never showed, nor was there a notice of shipment, or even delayed shipment. Ultimately, I requested via email a refund and never heard back. Had to follow-up on that again. Big hassle and disappointment.
I've ordered $977 worth of wine online from Wine Parity in September, 2022. This is another business name for Grapes Wine, Grapes, with same address. After few weeks of not receiving the order, I called and left a voicemail and an email. I have never been able to talk with someone on the phone. They emailed back and said it’s on backorder and promised to ship it end of the week. I waited couple more weeks but nothing happened so I called and emailed again and told them I want to cancel the order and asked for a refund. After several attempts and writing a review on BBB, the director at Wine Parity, Rob Russo, responded by saying that particular wine is unavailable so he will refund my money. That was November, 2022. It's January 22, 2023 now and I still have not received a refund.
Be careful with Wine Parity/Grapes Wine/Grapes!
