Wines Direct is an Irish family owned and operated wine importers. The wines we offer you represent a 25-year labour of love. We are uncompromising in our mission to source independently made wines directly from growers around the world and we apply our strict selection criteria to each and every wine on our list, from the everyday to the extraordinary.
We go out of our way to avoid the boring, mass-produced wines so as to create and sustain a market of choice for you and your fellow wine lovers. We do so by walking the ground of the world’s famous and not so famous wine regions and by directly sourcing from dedicated and fiercely independent winemakers. Fast and efficient delivery
The order was easy to place, your website worked very well and as a 'signed up customer' my details were available to reuse. Delivery was super fast! I placed the order on Thursday and it arrived on Friday - it felt like someone had placed it in the box before i placed the order!

Good delivery. One of the bottles was slightly corked, Altos De La Hoya but I used it in next meal., I could not be bothered about sending it back but otherwise good quality and impressive delivery

The Crasto wines are old friends and the Pousio is a non tarty white wine, very easy to drink. The shop in Mullingar is well stocked with a well bought selection of better than average wines which always please.
The web site is easy to use and easy to finish off and it is one of the very few web sites like that now. All in all a very good experience topped off with excellent wines to enjoy at the end of the process.

Great customer service
I ordered a selection of wines from the shop; there were some issues with the delivery itself, but due to the courier rather than the wine shop. I am very happy with the customer service, Breda and Charlene were proactive and helpful in sorting out the delay.

Prompt Delivery, Qaulity Product
I'd been a regular visitor to the outlet in Arnotts and I'm sorry to see it go (Joe's customer service was excellent and kept me coming back). After years of quality in-person service, I was happy to keep purchasing from Wines Direct online as the wines I wanted continued to be available. Website was easy to navigate and delivery was prompt. Excellent service and will continue to use.
