Placed and paid an online order 12 days…

Placed and paid an online order 12 days ago with Express shipment method of 2-4 business days.
After the initial review, the supplier reached out to me. It turned out there had been a delivery/address issue and my earlier messages hadn’t reached them. They have since investigated the matter, issued me a full refund, and offered sincere apologies. I appreciate the follow-up and their willingness to resolve the situation.

We have looked into this and it appears when you typed in your address you did not include a house number, we sent this order in time and with premium delivery, we can not be held accountable when a customer has failed to fill in their address correctly.

Great experience

This is an outstanding and responsive business. It has a huge selection of wines. Phil was a great presenter; I am learning a lot from him about wine; and he is very entertaining too.

We booked Wine Tasting Adventures for our corporate event, and they arrived on time, equipped with a wide range of drinks and snacks. They successfully entertained and watered / fed 150 of our staff, many of whom remarked on the quality of the event, we would book again.

outstanding wine and service

I purchased an outstanding bottle of red Pessac, which I found to be excellent value for money, and I would 100% buy again. The help I got from Philip was even more impressive than the wine, as he was extremely kind to give me a full refund after things didn't go according to plan with the courier, and the wine wasn't delivered as scheduled. Many thanks again, Philip!

Great experience, would highly recommend!

Displaying a vast knowledge for wines Philip helped us select a handful of good quality wines to fit our family celebration. The service was amazing and everything was delivered on time!

It was a pleasure to use this company and will definitely let all my friends and family know about them!
