pathetic

pathetic! just pathetic.
this company is pathetic BIG TIME!
first of all, delivery is always late, sometimes DAYS late for domestic deliveries.
another thing , try calling their customer service number, i called and i was caller number 9 , 15 minutes later, i became caller number 7. suppose they have one customer care agent taking calles. one call takes 7.5 minutes?!
what kind of companies is this! seriously . dont order from souq they're the one dealing with them. and both of them are BAD .

It's one of the worst courier companies…

It's one of the worst courier companies in the history of courier companies.
You package may remain OUT FOR DELIVERY for many days.
Their customer service number is never picked so you cannot talk to them.
The company is owned by SOUQ.COM which is owned by AMAZON, Inc.
