Even after 8 years, the excitement of being part of this martial arts club has never faded for me. Becoming a member here has truly been the most beneficial decision for my personal growth. Sifu John is an outstanding instructor, incredibly knowledgeable about wing chun, and a true perfectionist. The personalized attention to training is unparalleled. It’s undoubtedly the best choice I've made in my life. The community of trainees is fantastic, always supportive and ready to assist one another. I would highly recommend it.

I have had the pleasure and privilege of being a student of Sifu John Lobb since 2016. I began my wing chun journey in 2010 with a different school. Before i met Sifu John i thought i had reached a high level of skill. As soon as i touched hands with my Sifu i soon realised i knew nothing at all. His wing chun completely blew my mind and still does to this day. You could not ask for a better teacher!

After 8 Years I still find myself never losing the buzz of coming here. Joining this martial arts club has been by far the best thing I have done to advance myself on many levels. Sifu John is a magnificent teacher, with a huge amount of knowledge about wing chun and is a perfectionist. The level of detail to cater to your training is second to none. Best thing I have ever done with my life. All the people who train there are also brilliant people and always there to help each other. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

I started nearly 16yrs ago and it is by far the best fighting system. Sifu John has refined his fighting skills and knowledge into teaching a system which is both effective and rewarding to learn. Being his student has opened my mind to not only how to fight efficiently but how to apply the concepts of wing chun to everyday situations to resolve them quickly which is a staple fundamental of the art. He truly is a great teacher and role model.

The knowledge of Sifu Lobb is second to none. This schools is incredibly welcoming with the senior students more than willing to share their knowledge also. Brilliant place, recommend to all.

It’s rare to find a Sifu with a genius level IQ, formidable skill, street smarts and tenacity. It’s even rarer to find a Sifu that possesses all the aforementioned qualities that dedicates every part of his being to the development of his students. I started my martial arts journey in 1983 and met Sifu Lobb in 2015 while attending one of his seminars in Warrington. Within an hour, I asked Sifu Lobb to accept me as his student and I have been training under his guidance ever since. I consider the school as family and Sifu Lobb’s instructors are all highly skilled, friendly and encouraging. I travel for over 4 hours to attend private lessons yet I wouldn’t have it any other way. Leave your ego at the door, train hard and you will be amazed with your progress in no time!
