The Wing Girl Method has been far more than a dating or relationship program for me. It has become a genuine journey of personal growth, self-respect, clearer communication, and learning how to show up as a healthier and more grounded man.

When I began, I did not fully recognize how often I apologized for taking up space, overexplained myself, tried to keep everyone happy, or accepted responsibility for things that were not actually mine to carry. Through the coaching, exercises, conversations, and consistent encouragement from the team, I have started replacing those old patterns with healthier ones.

I am learning to slow down before reacting, communicate with greater clarity, establish appropriate boundaries, trust my own judgment, and ask myself a much better question:

“What is actually my responsibility here?”

That shift has affected far more than my romantic life. It has influenced how I approach fatherhood, difficult conversations, relationships, personal decisions, and my own emotional well-being. I am not simply collecting information—I am actively applying what I learn, and I can see the difference in how I think, speak, and respond.

Marni is an extraordinary coach. She is direct, insightful, compassionate, funny, and willing to challenge you beyond your comfort zone. She does not simply tell you what you want to hear. She helps you recognize patterns you may not see on your own and then gives you practical tools to begin changing them.

The entire Wing Girl team has also been exceptional. Jess, Ash, JacLyn, Litzza, and everyone involved have made me feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely valued. Their kindness, responsiveness, warmth, humor, and encouragement have made this experience feel personal rather than transactional.

What I appreciate most is that they have not tried to turn me into someone else. They have helped me uncover a healthier and more confident version of the man I already was underneath fear, self-doubt, people-pleasing, and the need for approval.

Real growth still requires effort, honesty, and a willingness to practice what is being taught. The team does not do the work for you—and that is exactly the point. They provide the insight, structure, encouragement, and tools that can make meaningful change possible.

I am proud of the progress I have already made, and I know I will carry these lessons with me for the rest of my life. I cannot say enough good things about Marni and the entire Wing Girl Method team. They are knowledgeable, caring, authentic, and truly outstanding at what they do.

The value in the Wing Girl Method is that you are getting advice from women, about women. Instead of some guy saying, this is what I do, this is what I say, you are interacting with and learning from women who have studied how women think, and explain it to us guys in a way that makes sense to us. Women and men are different, and for me, learning and starting to understand these psychological differences makes a huge and valuable difference in how I relate to, and interact with all women, especially those that I'm attracted to. As it turns out, the way that you're "supposed" to woo women can often be a turn-off. In war, you should study your enemy. In love, you should study the objects of your desire, the the women of the Wing Girl Method are just the right teachers for this job!!
