The mirror was not for my car I couldn't send it back as I had to tape it in place to use the car .

They sell it to foreign markets but then make it difficult to accept returns making postage super expensive too. Might be best to just keep it within the UK

Driving from Worle in Somerset on the M5 to the Midlands, my driving side mirror was falling off ! Wound down window and retrieved it. My car is a Vw Golf Mk 4 over twenty years old and is Left Hand Drive. I searched the internet and found Micks Garage. As I was in England for a further two weeks I ordered the parts.on the Monday I received an e- mail from Royal Mail saying they were expecting the parcel to arrive. By Thursday I was preparing to go to Surrey. I was nearly there when an email from my Son said the parcel had been delivered. The next day I drove back to Worle, collected the parcel and then drove M5 - M4 down to Surrey to catch the ferry home. A friend fitted for me at my home and it looks fantastic. Ordered LH side heated mirror and indicator for a 2022 VW Tiguan, parts arrived within a few days and everything fitted nicely, looks and works just like factory version.

Purchased a wing mirror and had it professionally installed. A few weeks later when it was retracting the mechanism snapped
The mirror now freely moves . The company say i need to contact the installer as this no long their issue. The mirror is faulty not the installation. After that reply they have ghosted me . Avoid unless you buy with a credit card. Totally worthless company

Received a wing mirror cover which does not fit my car even though I ordered the correct one. Have tried to get this rectified by emailing the company on 3 different occasions over the last 2 weeks with no response.

The mirror ( BMW X1 ) was perfect including the primed cover but worth noting that the three holes for fixing screws weren’t tapped. Not a problem with the correct tools.

The wing mirror arrived safely although the packaging was not the best. Have not tried it yet as have sent it down to one of our customers but certainly looked great. It took a while to arrive with it being December and the Christmas post but the company has given us a credit for free postage on our next order. Would definitely use again if required.
