Stone cold food, then unpon replacement completely raw chicken which we digested.... manager didnt care at all. Took my phone number and put it on his personal phone to stay in touch regarding a refund...weird. No health and safety documentation. Completely unphased. £35 for two meals for uncooked chicken ...insane!

First time experience with Wingstop. Westfield London. Ordered a take out. Got home to open a bag of disappointment. Wingstop website states ‘We’re not in the wing business, we’re in the flavour business’ and they ain’t joking. You need a magnifying glass to find the wings. They’re tiny. And totally bone dry. Very little flavour. Total con job. The branch is packed with youngsters coz the price suits their little budget. Not a place for adults that actually want to eat something. Wingstop don’t take my word for it. Do your own due diligence. Send in some regular mystery shoppers and test your own quality. Or lack of it. Will give credit where it’s due, employees worked hard to keep the branch clean. Food though was so poor and sub standard. Waste of time, and money. Won’t be recommending WingsNOT! to anyone.

Food had lots of flavour and a range of options. Friendly staff, jade was very knowledgeable and assisted us in our menu choices. It was also very clean , good seating areas both up and downstairs - quick service - we will be back

I visited the new Wing Stop in plymouth on Friday. I queued for 45 minutes before being served. The staff were nice. However, we had to wait around 10 more minutes for our food to come out, and stupidly didn't check it before leaving. when we go home, we realised they hadn't packed an order of tenders which we paid for and was on the receipt. The food we did get was mediocre and certainly not worth waiting 55 minutes for.

Went to the Bullring restaurant for the first time ( and last) with two children. The lady at the tills was very attentive as was the gentleman at the doors. The one star was awarded because of these two.
The drinks were not cold - i would say at room temperature at best.
Food was just mediocre warm, not hot.
Tables seemed clean at first glance, but the floor under the table i was sat in was sticky and chips all over it.
I asked for ketchup as they were not in the self help area- i was told she would bring me some satchets- this never came. In the end i had to walk to the tills myself and leave my two children unattended ( both special needs) to get these. When the satchets had ran out i asked another member of staff to get me a few more and surprisingly these did not arrive. Service and quality of food needs working on.

1st visit at the new spot in Peterborough still very hyped out from the opening as it was packed… vibes were great if there wasn’t as many people visiting. Food was mediocre I’ll be honest but I would visit to try different flavours perhaps. Didn’t interact with many employees as it was so busy but the 2 girls we spoke to (Erica and a girl who’s name starts with B (sorry girly my memories bad)) were a viiiiiibe!! The chain its self not as impressive as made believe but Peterborough pick couple decent staff!

DALIYA, served us at the Bluewater branch she had a pleasent smile, we ordered the Big Burger and sweet potato fries.... Yummy

I had a server called Jade. Seeing as I have never been to wingstop before she was so lovely and so attentive. She made the experience so much better seeing as I was in a daze as to what was going on. 5 stars for Jade and her customer service.

Click and collect order. Took the bag from the Merry Hill restaurant and got it home to Worcester only to find 2 lots of chicken tenders missing. Unable to contact anyone at 9pm at night to complain and too late to go back as it was closing at 10pm. Chicken wings are on the small side too so not filling at all. Better value going to colonel’s Kentucky fried chicken.

Went to wing stop Liverpool, not much of a queue,
Ordered my items included wings (surprisingly), waited over 34mins for my order to arrive, I was told it was because I’d ordered wings and not boneless as these take longer to cook! There were 2 other orders waiting similar times to us same including wings
Clearly ignoring the orders that include wings, but why????

Wingstop say that the are flexible and they only accept payment from the bank card only they don't accept payment if you went there and you don't have bank card on you as they don't accept cash not what I call flexibility

Today i had my first wing stop liverpool one it was busy but it didn't stop me I got 8 wings with atomic sauce for me it was amazing sauce to got with my 4 wings and also had original sauce other 4 again great sauce to have with my wings and sweet potato fries with lemon pepper seasoning was brilliant overall food only thing is i didn't think atomic sauce wasn't that spicy could of been more spicy service was brilliant but one thing I would like point out was music was to loud why iam pointing that as a person who has to wear hearing aids it was hard for me hear the girl on till overall I give wing stop 8 out 10 I will be back for more amazing wings

I ate at your fast food restaurant located in Edinburgh at James quarter.
The chicken tasted off & was so spicy I have been violently sick.
I handed back my meal to a member off staff whom didn't care in the slightest.
I have contacted environmental services as my table was sticky bins where over flowing Staff picking up left over meals & serving fresh one to customers absolutely terrible I WONT EAT AT WING-STOP EDINBURGH.

I have had to contact NHS as I feel I have food poisoning from the meal I started to eat.

This is totally unexpectable I'm not looking for a free meal or the money back keep it .
I just thought I would leave this review so the CEO can see what's happening at his Wing-stop Edinburgh restaurant St James.

The most appaling tasting cold chicken pieces i have ever tried to eat,i spent £26 for bonless chicken and drinks to be eaten outside and it all went in the bin outside,total waste of time going there your better off at kfc at least its edible

Queued for 15 minutes to be told when we got to the till that they were closing by rude and unapologetic staff. Customers are incentivized to write good reviews mentioning staff names but customer service here is terrible.

this place couldn't have more fake reviews. did the security guards get paid to be there and work or were they forced to stand outside? there's no way they missed that many people cutting through the queue past the ropes. the food's very greasy and the space inside was super limited. badly managed opening = high standards which definitely weren't met. way to

Went to the opening of the Liverpool shop and was impressed. They’ve done a great job with the space which is quite small, the staff were friendly and helpful and I was impressed at how efficiently it ran for a first shift. Great selection and the food was quality. I will be back again.
