Even giving1 start is to much for for…

Even giving1 start is to much for for review, I come to Wingstop 4-5 times a week and that’s almost 17-20 times in one months, but the staff and the food quality is so shiiit now and I’m very disappointed with the service and the food quality!!! Never coming bk to wingstop after today for sure…. Very disappointing and waste of money!!!

SO BAD do not buy!!!

Really disappointed, the food was cold, there was hair on the wings. The portions are insanely small and the taste was so disgusting it tasted all the same. The sauce was so runny and had no flavour. Not worth the hype at all, want my money back. 😤😤

Disappointing Experience – Poor Value and Quality Concerns

I visited Wingstop today with my family, unfortunately, we left feeling very disappointed with the value and quality of the food.

We spent £22 on 24 wings, but the portion sizes were incredibly small. Some wings were no bigger than my little finger, which made the price feel unreasonable. Other fast food outlets provide larger, meatier wings for the same or even less money.

We also ordered an Oreo milkshake, expecting it to be blended with Oreos throughout. Instead, we were given a plain vanilla milkshake with some crushed Oreos sprinkled on top. This felt misleading and underwhelming, especially considering the cost.

Another major issue was the seasoning, particularly on the lemon pepper wings. There was far too much salt, which completely overpowered the flavour. This not only made the food hard to enjoy, but also raised health concerns. The NHS recommends no more than 6g of salt per day, and this one meal likely got close to that limit or more.

Wingstop could really improve by:

* Offering fairer portion sizes for the price
* Preparing milkshakes as advertised (fully blended)
* Reducing salt levels and balancing their seasoning

I appreciate the concept and was looking forward to the meal, but unfortunately, the execution didn’t live up to expectations.

excellent food…

Everyone was nice and made me feel welcome. The chicken (garlic parmesan) was the best I've ever had, and the fries also. I will most definiely be back!This was in painesville Ohio.

Chicopee Ma location

Chicopee Ma location. Ordered online, my order was ready in 20 minutes, which was awesome. The wings (20 plain, 20 mild boneless) we're delicious and the right amount of crispy. However the Blue cheese is gross. Very runny, no chunks and tasted more like whipped mayonnaise than anything. I got 4 dipping cups of it, opened each one hoping at least one was good, but bummed they were all the same. I will definitely get wings here again, but I'll pass on their bland, watery blue cheese. Which is a shame, wings w/o BC is not ideal. I'll just bring my own next time 😆

Absolutely Ridiculous

Absolutely Ridiculous – Sort It Out, Wingstop Kirkstall!!!

I’m honestly sick and tired of Wingstop constantly being out of burger buns. What is the point of advertising your so-called “Big Flavour Burger” if you never have the buns to serve it?! This isn’t a one-off issue – it’s become a running joke. Every time I show up excited to order the burger, I’m met with the same excuse: “Sorry, no buns today.” Are you serious?

It’s basic stock management. How hard is it to keep burger buns in stock, especially on weekends or peak times? It’s not some rare ingredient flown in from the Himalayas – it’s a burger bun! You’d think a place known for chicken burgers would prioritise having what’s needed to actually make them.

I don’t want apologies. I want the burger I came in for. If you can’t get the basics right, stop putting the burger on the menu or at least put up a sign before people waste their time.

Sort yourselves out, Wingstop Kirkstall. This is beyond frustrating now.

They don't care if you get your food hot and on time.

I ordered on line for pick up. I went to the location and gave them my name. They said the food would be ready in a few minutes. Next, I waited and after 20 minutes, I inquired. The food was sitting COLD in an area as no one notified me or at least announced the order generically. There was no apology no suggestion to give hot fries as these were just plain cold. It was pretty much they goofed too bad. I ordered food again much later and had it for delivery. A few minutes later, I get an electronic notice my order was not completed and was told later it was because it was too small an order. Last order on line (and now final) ..I ordered a larger amount of food and they were out of the sugar free drink. I was contacted and was okay with that and simply said skip the drink. Overall, food took from order time to deliver an hour and 18 minutes. Food came to us cold. The kicker is we live maybe 8 minutes from that location. Their lack of concern for the customer getting their food hot is pathetic. We only get food from certain places and try to give local places a chance. Wingstop had more than a fair chance just to do an order and get it right and hot. THEY FAILED.

Need to be able to tip the employees!

I'm in the San Marcos California location manager Kiana. You guys have an excellent store it's very clean very professional which is not like most Wingstop but I wanted to say most importantly is that I cannot leave a tip!
And I wanted to I would like to see the management and the owners allow us to leave tips for these folks that are working so hard. Please make this a regular from here on out that we can leave tips I would greatly appreciate

Took over an hour to get 2x 8 bonless…

Took over an hour to get 2x 8 bonless wings. After complaining twice, the final time I complained I was offered a refund. The manager had to seek help from another to issue this as she didn’t know what she was doing. The two of them were very flustered and eventually gave me a receipt when going back to my table I looked and it said void on it. When I questioned the manager again she said no it definitely has went through and I’ll receive a refund. When I left I thought it was dodgy as I never tapped my card again. They definitely conned me out a refund and I’ve paid £17 for food I didn’t receive. Never again will I go to this restaurant absolute shambles and they cannot cope with the pressure of a busy restaurant- Edinburgh st James quarter

Bad choice in peak hours

The Wingstop in pleasant hills pa were undercooked to say the least. This store is inconsistent in their preparation. When they are busy, the wings are soggy, even though well done was requested. Maybe they should invest in better fryers with a good recovery time (Sapidus Fryers) very disappointed….again

Danny-Lakeside

We had an incredible experience at Wingstop, all thanks to Danny, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. We were a big group with lots of kids, and Danny handled it like a true professional. He was so patient and friendly, taking the time to explain all the menu options and offer great suggestions that everyone loved.

It’s rare to find someone so kind and attentive—his positive attitude and excellent service truly elevated the entire experience.

The food was amazing as always, but it was Danny’s exceptional customer service that made this visit special. Wingstop is lucky to have someone like him on their team. We’ll definitely be back—thank you, Danny!

Wingstp

Thought try wingstop see what all the fuss was about. Ordered chicken burger fries and chicken bites. Burger wasnt the best and wasnt really burger was 2 chicken strips on a bun and soggy chicken bites were ok chicken was little dry. Overall its not somewhere i would order from
again.

Decided to order Wingstop after having it at a relatives birthday.
The boneless chicken wings were nice, good coating of source and batter on them, and decent size, but sadly arrived temperature room (no hint of warmth to them), the chips were stale, and tasted way more salty than it needed to be. The coleslaw was awful. It looked limp, felt room temperature to touch, and tasted sour and smelt off. I couldn't eat it. Unless I'm actually going into a wingstop (which I won't rush to do) I would not choose to order for home delivery again.

I'll only give it a 2 as the employees were respectful.
That said, if you're going to boast good wings (especially if you're in Western NY), you better have crunchy, spicy, delicious wings or you might just find yourself being laughed out of town.
Ordered original hot.
Tasted like the wings were baked (no crisp at all).
I got original heat and expected at least a medium wing that would burn the back of your throat. I barely got a tingle on my lips!!!!!
Worst wings EVER!!!!!!!!!!
What I will say positively about is they were nice size wings.
