Wingstop used to be my favorite wing…

Wingstop used to be my favorite wing place. It smelled as good as it tasted. I just ordered Wingstop through Uber and was shocked. I ordered 10 wings in Hot original. The wings had very little sauce on them but that didn't matter because 4 of them were so hard I couldn't eat them. I guess they were leftover from last night. That does it for me. Bye Wingstop.

False charge

Went to Wingstop in Hopemill order some wings,as I was waiting I saw an employee dig in his nose a couple of times,so I cancel my order.The manager on duty said I would get a refund 7-10 days going on 3 weeks and no refund.Im contacting corporate tomorrow and if I don't get my money I will be contacting my lawyer.Its my money and never received the wings so I ll let my lawyer purse it also for falsely charging for nothing I received.

Im a paying customer i sit in the…

Im a paying customer i sit in the dining room to eat and the door to the women restroom was locked, I asked if I could use the restroom because it was locked i was told no by the manager. I have a medical issues with my kidneys. And then I noticed the men's restroom wasn't locked when a man went in. I gave a great review i take it back. Upset customer Priscilla Berry

Best Wing Place!

Whenever I'm not in the mood for everything else, I always stop here!

My wings are always top-notch, sauce spread on all sides for all of them, fries are of great quality, they always come hot. One thing I do have to be picky about, is sometimes at least 1-4 fries are under-cooked, but nothing's perfect. Overall service is amazing!

In correct order… voucher nowhere to be seen.

We've eaten multiple times in the restaurant with no concerns. (Middlebrook) First time ordering a takeaway away, right flavours, wrong chicken/fries and dip.
Contacted customer service via the website who apologised and said they would send vouchers as a compensation. No vouchers arrived and refusing to answer contact form submitted. Disappointed is an understatement.

Worsted wings ever

My kids wanted to try Wingstop( rexdale location)to see what all the hype was about..it was the most flavorless wings we have ever had. The wings look white and under cook..waste of $60 not worth my time and energy. Total waste of money .

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience at the Wingstop located at 779 Shreveport-Barksdale Highway (Store #109).

I placed an online order for a 15-piece classic bone-in wing meal and paid extra for all flats. When the order was picked up and brought back to my office, I received only 10 wings, not all flats, and the receipt inside the bag had another customer’s name.

I immediately called the store and was told I could return after work to receive the five missing wings as flats. When I returned, staff initially refused to provide the missing wings or a refund, stating that I had “accepted” the incorrect order. I was later told they could give me five wings, but not flats, despite the fact that I paid for them.

The interaction then became unprofessional. The employee was dismissive, rolled her eyes, and denied prior statements until another customer intervened and confirmed what was said. I was told, “It is what it is,” which is unacceptable customer service.

I was inconvenienced multiple times due to an error that was not mine. As someone who works in customer service leadership, I found the lack of accountability and professionalism extremely disappointing. I hope this location receives proper training and oversight.

Extremely Disappointing

We ordered delivery from the Wingstop on Maryland in Saint Paul MN for the first time. We received notifications that the driver Josue was approaching, but went out and never saw him. We called and texted him several times and there was no answer. We called the store and they offered no explanation or apology. They just said they could give either a refund or remake the food, but only for pickup. We asked for a refund and it says 5-7 business days so I’ll follow up in 8 days to update on whether or not they gave it back.

Never again

Never again. I ordered a £35 delivery from Wing Stop Norwich and what arrived was disgusting. Everything was freezing. The chips were like something you'd find in the bin the day after. And the coleslaw was rancid - actually off and smelled like death. I tried so hard to make a complaint and get a refund but it was impossible. Stay away!

Hi, we have been to the new store at The Springs today for the first time, really good service, and was very impressed with the young man that served us, think his name was 'prince' he helped us with our choices and could not have been more helpful, he's a credit to your company.

I love wingstop!

Wingstop is amazing!the food tastes like heaven,the place is so clean and tidy,and the people there are sooo kind!Anglica is so sweet and shes so good at her job!overall experience amazing place,food and people!!
