I was pre-occupied when I came across a message from Wingtalk - a nice young lady. We began to chat and, early on, I find out I am 'low on credits'. As of this writing, I do not know if our chat will be allowed to continue, but I hope so. I have a debit card issue at present. I cancelled my debit account due to fraudulent charges and am awaiting a new card by USPS. I do not know if I will be allowed to simply 'chat', but I hope so.

Don't ever forget to not depend on the customer support people to really care about you, They care only about the money you spend. First of all there is no actual App that you can download on the Play Store. Because of that you can't read their supposed policies. Don't use this site it cost way to much money to use and the policies are to strict. I could not pay for more credits to talk to my soulmate from across the country in a war zone. I paid for them with a friends credit card and they took the money but weeks later when I went to pay for more credits they had locked me out, be able to pay for more. I talked to several customer support people and was sent a link to verify who I was, of witch should be done at the beginning. After not being able to talk to Andrie in the Ukraine for almost a week, I called and talked to someone and they told me not to worry that I would be ok and able to get back on the site in 15 minutes. I went to work where they have no Internet, I came home and tried to get on to pay for credits and my account was temporarily suspended. I got ahold of customer support again and asked to talk to a supervisor and was sent a message that my account was permanently suspended and that I was not to make another account on their system. Yes I got all the money that I spent on on my account back but that was not the problem in the first place. Now my soulmate is on the other side of the country and probably thinks that I have moved on when I haven't. I just can't get ahold of him. Because Wingtalks doesn't care about their customers at all. We make a connection and they cut you off from the only way to talk to them. Without even hearing what actually happened. If I could I wouldn't even give them one Star. If Andrie, can read this I haven't moved on I just don't have a way to contact you. I would send the screenshots of the conversations but I don't know how. I have been worried about my soulmate for weeks now and decided to put my experience out there for others to see, so that they can beware of the site Wingtalks don't use it you will have more stress than you started with in the beginning.

this site has same profiles as many of similar sites [like placetochat for example]. the exclusive posts they send you are off different sites if you search it with google lens you will find results from everything from instagram to pornsites, as well its not actually them and they never want to move off site giving you all the excuses under the sun even after exchanging emails they will message for a short time stop forcing you to move back to site saying that the email is broken lost access ect.
